A new POV guys!!
SIMEON.We gently laid a very pale and still unconscious Killian on his massive king size bed, nanny Fern looking shocked and scared, Leah all worn out and trembling.
I was the only one that was brave at that moment... Let's say, I was the only one that pretended to be brave that moment, because I was scared like mad.
I didn't want anything happening to my boss because as bad as his temper was, he was one of the best people in my life; also, without knowing, if Killian were to be hurt, my mistress wouldn't be able to live with herself and I didn't want that.
I came back to life a third time to finally see them together, not forever apart... This was their last chance.
"I-i I think.. I think I need to prepare tea f-for when .... When he w-wakes up, w-water... Yes. .I n-need water too... I... Need to prepare food t-too, h-he would be s-so hungry..." Leah immediately started to ramble in a shaky voice, looking everywhere but me and Nanny Fern.
I couldn't tell if her voice was shaky because of hours under the rain or something else.
Its that something else dummy... My mind taunted and my expression softened, watching Fern's own soften into something pitying as well, Leah continued to ramble about everything and nothing.
After a while she rushed out, obviously to find the kitchen and before I could rush after her, Fern pulled me to the side.
"What happened?? Why is Asha here and why is Killian pale??" She whispered fiercely and I confirmed the fact that her age was deceiving, she wasn't a 78year old woman, but a strong, young and vibrant one, of course, she was a witch.
"Killian thought he was going to loose her again and went into the red alert panic mode," I explained and her eyes went wide with horror.
"Oh my god!! Red alert???? Did he hurt you?? Did he hurt her.... Tell me, what did he do?"
If I told her he went out of control, Fern could take away his gifts and he would loose his mental bond with Leah which would be much worse, he could go on a killing spree when he found out that Leah's bond to him had been severed.
I cleared my throat.
"No... He didn't hurt me, he was in control," I answered without wavering, not wanting the powerful east end witch to catch me lying and luckily she sighed, relieved.
She smiled.
"Finally, its all correct for the first time," she whispered to herself before turning to me."Go, find her and help her, stay with her... She needs strength right now."
I didn't hesitate a second more before I dashed out to the kitchen.
She already had an apron wrapped around her small waist scurrying around cooking, making tea and boiling water at the same time.
She looked so frightened and nervous, her hands shaking and her lips trembling.
She ran back upstairs when the water had warmed up enough to place a warm cloth on his head And came rushing back in a minute.
She had not stayed in a place for a second since we came back and I could tell she was trying hard not to burst into tears.
Suddenly, she tripped and fell face down and I rushed in an inhuman speed to help her up but before I even got there, she was up and doing again.
I felt so bad for her.
She was never this nervous for William, Dillian...even Gilliam, which was when she knew everything, so why was she like this now?
