Luke couldn’t think straight all night and he supposed that’s why he did it, He was sick and tired of always having to fake everything, he wanted to be free for one night, He didn’t want to feel like crap, he didn’t want to think he was the reason for your cuts on your wrist and so he drowned his sorrows with alcohol and that’s how he ended up back at the 5sos house with a random girl

“Are you sure no one will mind?” Someone giggled as the clock ticked to 3am, Abby laid in her bed, rudely awoken by the people now coming back from the club, she assumed it was just the boys but she was soon mistaken as she realised that voice was a girls voice whom she had never heard before

“Nah, Its fine” That was Lukes voice, she would always remember that voice, the voice that she had heard shouting at her because he saw her cutting, she could never forget the pain and heartbreak of his face when he saw the cuts, that’s why she didn’t move, she laid still wondering what was happening, she didn’t want to face Luke right now, she didn’t know if she would ever be brave enough to face him again

“Luke?” Abby whispered into the dark, there was no more whispers and instead she heard giggles and the sounds of making out, her heart fluttered for a moment, she didn’t want to leave her bed incase she saw something she regretted but she suppose she had already ruined everything so nothing could get worse

She climbed out of bed and into the hall to see Luke and a random girl she had never seen before kissing each other, The girl kissed him roughly through all the alcohol, while Luke wrapped his arms around her body, He tried so hard for it to be real, but he couldn't join in the fantasy, he was almost grateful when he saw the girl he truly love in the hall way, watching him disgracefully with a hand over her mouth to stop her crying  “Abby” He whispered, pulling away from the girl

“What are you doing?” She whispered, her throat went dry seeing this random girls lipstick all over Lukes face as he turned to look at her, it broke her heart and shattered all the hope she had for a proper relationship, it was obvious to her Luke would never feel the same

“Its not what it looks like” Luke replied and memories of a few hours ago came back, Abby was unsure whether he was now taking the mick out of her cutting or if he was just so drunk and that was the best excuse he had

“J-Just get out” Abby said to the girl, pointing to the door as her voice shook, she wanted to act strong and pretend she didn’t care but she did, she loved Luke and it was obvious he didn’t return those feelings

“Call me, yeah?” The girl said to Luke, kissing him on the lips again but this time Luke didn’t kiss back and instead he pushed her off, she gave him a questioning look as if to wonder why Luke was suddenly being off with her when they had been getting it on all night but she left instantly, leaving Abby and Luke standing awkwardly looking at each other
