"Happy Birthday Jesy!" Jade launched herself into my arms and gave me a bone crushing hug. "Thanks Jadey." I wiggled my eyebrows teasing her, but apologizing after because I knew they were just friends. "I haven't known you for long and you were kinda out when I 'met you' soooo.. happy birthday!" Perrie smiled, hugging me much more gentle than Jade had.

"What are we gonna do to celebrate?" Jade jumped up and down, giddy like it was her birthday and not mine. I chuckled at her, "I don't know if you remember but we have jobs and we're supposed to be leaving in an hour." Perrie filled Jade in for me. Meanwhile, I'm still laughing because she forgot what she does for a living. Wiping the tears from my eyes, I looked at Jade who was frowning. "Haha. You have to work on your birthday." She poked her tongue out at me. Perrie soon flicked her forehead for that comment, "What was that for?" Jade whined.

"For free, you asshole." Perrie started to gather Jades things, knowing the Disney obsessed girl wasn't going to do it. Jade was slowly watching Perrie do what she should've been doing, until she got up and jumped onto her bestfriends back. "Aaaahhhh! What the hell Jeed?" Perries geordie accent got in the way as she threw some clothes up in the air. "Why'd you do that for?" Perrie stood up straight, slowly setting Jade down to the floor. "For free, you asshole." She mocked, I looked at Perrie who just glared at the petite girl.

"Damn girl. She just pulled a you on you." I laughed at Perrie. She shrugged it off, rolling her eyes playfully. "Well Jade it's about time we get going." Jades eyes went dark at this, filling up with sadness. "Hopefully I'll see you soon Jesy." She grabbed her things and the two girls stopped by the front door. "Hold on." I stopped then and quickly wrote my phone number down on a piece of paper. I grabbed my bags that had never been moved along with my phone and charger. I walked next to them and handed Perrie the paper, knowing she'd be less likely to lose it. "Ready?" I asked. "You're coming with us?" Perrie asked. "Duh... we're coming from and going to the same place." I joked with her. "And they call me clueless." Jade mumbled loud enough for the both of us to hear. "What was that?" Perrie asked, with a fake bitchy tone in her voice. "Nothing!" Jade flinched, probably preparing to be flicked or something. She ran up ahead a little, leaving me and Perrie laughing behind her. "Get your tiny ass over here and carry at least one of your bags." Perrie called to her. Jade then carried on twirling around like an idiot, pretending she didn't hear Perrie.

Perrie turned to me, "She's gonna get it." She smirked. "I'll help." I winked at her before we cracked up laughing. We followed Jade through the woods, on our way to our separate destinations.

"Stop it! Stop it! Stop it! I won't do it again I swear!" Jade laughed as we tickled her, gurgling on her own words. "Nope." Perrie laughed, not paying attention to the girl that was currently on the floor—almost peeing herself from the intense laughter.

Perrie finally let the brunette stand up, to which she glared at her. Giving her the evil eye, she grabbed her stuff once again and pulled a leaf out her hair. "Dammit." I chuckled, looking at the blond who just stared at her best friend, laughing hysterically. Watching Jade in front of me, she was putting her curly hair up into a bun until she found more leaves. "Perrie Louise fucking Edwards, you're going to die!" She groaned, pulling the leaves out dramatically. "Wait.. Jade what did you just say?" We all stopped dead in our tracks. The two others very confused. "Perrie Louise fu-" she remembered until I cut her off. "That's my middle name too!". Jade stared at us while me and Perrie jumped up and down. "Are you guys going to keep leaving me out or not?" Jade pouted.

"I'm sorry baba. But you know how special that name is to me!" The blonde hugged her best friend. "It means a famous warrior, or a renowned fighter. It was my grandma's name. I'm strong too, I'm strong for you." Jade nodded sadly.

I fell to the floor as someone, or something, ran past me and knocked me over. "Jesy!!" I looked around quickly. "Get up now! We need to go! Now!" Perrie panicked and Jade stood there, eyes wide from what she must've seen. "What's happening Perrie? Last time we saw that.. Y-You don't mean that?!" Jade started crying. "What's happening?" I yelled in their direction, terrified, as we ran as fast as our feet would take us.

We ran for what felt like hours until the other girls stopped, breathing deeply. I looked at Perrie to find mascara streaks rolling down her cheeks. "What was that and why did we run?" I didn't know what to feel when Jade ran and wrapped her arms tightly around me. "That was Lucifer." Her eyes looked deeply pained when she said the name. "You don't mean that he's.. he's the?" I stuttered. "Yes Jesy, he's the one who holds our secrets. He created the gems, he's the one.. who possessed James. He's the reason we act so awful." Perrie nodded at her wrist, holding it out to me. She turned it and brought out Jades wrist too. "See this?" She pointed to a dark green "x" scratched into her skin, Jade had the same mark.

"He does this to all of us. If he finds out we have powers before we do.. James gets us and we work for him no matter how old we are." "And if we escape guards know how to find us by these marks." Jade said looking at the ground. "At least you don't have it as bad as me." I whispered, tears filling my eyes quicker than they ever had. "What do you mean babe?" The girls came to me and hugged me. "My entire family is dead besides my father. They died years ago and I didn't even know. I still don't know why or how, I have to wait until I get home." I broke down in their arms. "It's just not fair!" I wiped my eyes and grabbed my stuff. "Forget it, let's go it's getting dark." I started to walk ahead and the girls followed, not uttering a word.

"Do you even know where we're going since we kind of just ran?" I turned and asked the blonde, since she was the one who told us to run in the first place. "Yes I do." She grabbed my hand, and I got a feeling, something I'd never gotten before. She led Jade and I ahead until we stopped in front of another building, which was now Building 54. We walked in and placed our stuff down—eager to call it a night. I threw on a hoodie and put my hair into a high ponytail, turning to Perrie only to realize she has nothing. She wasn't originally supposed to stay with us, at least not that I'm sure. "Do you need some clothes Pez?" I asked and she nodded. "Pez?" She questioned. "Sorry if you don't like it, it just slipped out." I told her, handing her an Olaf onesie. "Yay! I love Olaf!" She smiled. I only brought it in case it got cold.

"Glad you like it." I chuckled at her cuteness and plugged my phone in, laying down. I pulled the blanket over me and said goodnight to the other two girls. Jade stood up and locked the door, turning off the lights and climbing back into her bed. "Goodnight Jesminda." Perrie said, I could almost hear the smile in her voice. I stared at the ceiling as Jade bid us goodnight. "Jesminda.. I like it." I said aloud, clicking my tongue. I heard the blue eyed girl chuckle as I began to think about Leigh. What is she doing right now? Is she thinking about me too? "Oh and Jesy?" "Yes?" I replied, sitting up. I saw that Perrie was sitting up too. "Pez.. I like it." She playfully winked and laid down again. I just chuckled and fell back into my pillow. I just hope tomorrow is a good day.
