Bill Cipher (Rewriting)

Chapter 8

"Umm I can explain, I promise, but I'm gonna need you to calm down and trust me. You need to listen to me. Please." Bill said nervously as he looked at me. I only nodded in agreement.

Still Kaity's POV

"Ok so I'm not human, well I'm half human, half demon. I can change between looking like a human and looking like this." Bill said but paused and snapped his fingers. There was a glow of yellow light, once the light faded Bill had turned into a triangle. I back away a few steps after seeing Bill's new appearance.

"Ok what the fuck though. Seriously why? Why did you lie to me? And why me?" I said looking at Bill with pleading eyes waiting for him to answer my question. I thought he was different but I guess not. Every guy I've met has lied to me in one way or another. (one way or the other....... Am I the only one that gets it..... Ok, I love you, Gee and Mikey!!)

"I honestly don't know how to answer this. Ok, so I'm not as young as you probably think I am. I'm actually thousands of years old. I was summoned to this dimension by Stan's brother Ford over 30 years ago. I lied to you because ever since you were born I was told to keep an eye on you by Ford. So in a non-creepy way, I've watched you for the past 18 years of your life." Bill said but I didn't respond. I just stood there quietly, because he still had one question to answer.

"I lied to you about what I really am because Ford had said I couldn't tell you. He feared that you wouldn't understand and try to run, and end up somehow getting hurt. He wanted me to protect you. And you know that weird feeling you get when I'm near you?" Bill said I nodded to his question, still staying quiet and looking at him as he spoke.

"Well, that feeling is my power's effect on the areas around me. When you were a baby you couldn't sense me at all, but as you grew you slowly started to sense me. Other people have no sense of my powers." Bill finished explaining to me. I only nodded trying to process all the information I just got.

"Ok so let me get this straight (why not gay? Ok imma go now😋) so you are a demon that is thousands of years old, and was summoned to this dimension by Stan's brother Ford over 30 years ago. You were told to watch over me when I was born. You've watched me for the past 18 years and as I got older I'm able to sense your presence more and more. And I'm the only human that can sense your powers." I said as I closed my eyes to help comprehend everything that just happened.

"Yeah pretty much. So are we still cool? Do you want to hang out still or do you want me to take you home?" Bill asked as he looked at me questionably.

"Yeah we're still good, but can you take me home? I need some time to process this. Maybe we can hang out in a few days." I said to Bill already starting to walk down the hill. I heard a flashy noise and I saw out of the corner of my eye that Bill had changed back into looking like a human.

We walked down the hill and back into the forest. Bill led me through the forest, me trailing right behind him. We walked out of the forest and the Mystery Shack started to come into view. I smiled as we got closer to the Shack.

I was still trailing behind Bill, but I didn't notice him stop and turn around so I ended up running into him, and my face got shoved into his chest. I pulled away blushing, taking a few steps back.

"Welp this is it. Just text me when you want to hang out again. Bye Kaity." Bill said as he waved starting to walk away. I waved back at him before walking the short distance to the Shack. I walked inside and went straight to my room.

I walked in and walked straight to my window closing the curtains. I walked over to my bed where my pajamas were thrown this morning when I changed. I grabbed them and quickly slipped off my dirty clothes and threw them in a hamper in the corner of my room. I put my pajamas on quickly and slid into bed.

I have a feeling I'm gonna need a few days to comprehend all of this. I have no clue who Ford is. I've never met him. My only information I have on him is that he's Grunkle Stan's brother. I'm going to have to ask Stan about Ford and see how much information I can get about him and maybe where I might be able to meet with him. Thoughts of today ran through my head until I eventually drifted off to sleep.

Sorry for posting this late. My parents were out of town for the weekend and they got back yesterday so I was spending time with them cause I hadn't seen them since Friday morning when they left. I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter. I actually think this chapter is pretty good. It took a while to write, but once I started writing it got easier. Anyways stay sad but not too sad.
