Chapter 28

When I walked out Bekah had already changed into her sleeping clothes and was asleep on the bean bag with a blanket wrapped around her and she was tightly hugging a pillow. I smiled. It was nice to have her back after her only being gone for a few days. I turned off the light and stumbled my way to my bed. As soon as I found it I got under the blankets and not long after getting comfortable I fell asleep.

Kaity's POV

I woke up to the sun shining in my face and I reached my arm up to cover my eyes. I sat up slowly and rubbed the sleep out of my eyes. I looked around my room and Bekah was still sleeping on the bean bag. Even though the sun was shining right in her face. I got out of bed and walked into my bathroom.

I used the bathroom and washed my hands. I looked in the mirror and my hair was a hot mess. I undid the now extremely loose ponytail and grabbed my brush. I brushed it out but it wouldn't lay down flat. I came to the conclusion that a shower would be the only way to tame my lion mane-like hair.

I quickly undressed and got in the shower washing my hair quickly along with my body. I finished in about fifteen minutes and got out of the shower. I threw on my bathrobe and walked into my room to grab some clothes. Bekah was still somehow asleep and I shook my head laughing slightly. I grabbed my clothes and walked back into the bathroom.

I then blow dried my hair and straightened it to help tame it. I finished and walked out. Surprisingly Bekah was up and sitting on the bean bag chair she was just asleep on already dressed for the day.

"Wha- How? Literally just a few minutes ago you were literally passed out." I said looking at her confused at how she was now fully awake. Bekah just laughed.

"Maybe you were in the bathroom just now a little longer than you thought you were. I literally woke up when you were going back into the bathroom. You were in the for a good fifteen minutes," Bekah said shrugging and getting up. "Put your shoes on. I want to show you the thing I was talking about yesterday."

I quickly put on my combat boots as she put on her timberlands. As soon as we finished we left my room and walked to the kitchen to grab something to eat. We bother grabbed an apple and washed it. We walked out of the kitchen and to the shop. Wendy was standing behind the counter as usual and Soos was over by a shelf. We waved at them as we walked through the shop and out the front door.

I let Bekah walk a few steps ahead of me as she led the way. I wasn't sure where we were going. We walked for a good ten minutes or so until we arrived at a small pet shop that I never noticed. We walked inside and led me through the store. We got to where they held the dogs. When we got there Bekah went straight to one of the cage-thingys.

She squatted down in front of it looking at the dog inside. I squatted down next to her and looked inside. Sitting there looking right at Bekah was a cute Corgi. I looked at Bekah and she was looking at the Corgi with loving eyes.

"She's so cute, isn't she. I came here yesterday just to look around. Then I saw her but I wanted to get your opinion first before getting her." She said looking from the puppy to me. I nodded before speaking.

"She is cute. You should get her. I think you'll get along well with Jin, Yoongi(Suga), Hoseok(J-Hope), Namjoon(RM), Jimin(Chimmy/Chimchim), Taehyung(V), and Jungkook(Kookie)." I said looking at the corgi that was still looking at Bekah.

"Really? Who are Jin, Yoongi, Hoseok, Namjoon, Jimin, Taehyung, and Jungkook?" She said looking away from the puppy to look at me. Then I noticed her eyes are a mixture of two different colors. Turquoise and Yellow swirled in with it.

"Yeah, and they're the friends I wanted to meet the other day." I said Bekah let out a quiet 'oh' and looked back to the puppy. Then an employee walked up to us. He had spiked up hair and was really tall compared to me and Bekah's height.
