❝ I'LL LEAVE YOU GUYS TO TALK ❞Toni said patting my thigh before getting up and going downstairs
It was about an hour later after my glorious nap and Sweetpea had come over, though I don't know how he made it past the guard dog aka Deandre.
SweetPea came in closed the door behind him and walked over to where I was in bed before sitting down, "I'm sorry" he looked down.
I lightly grazed my hand over his arm, "why are you sorry?"
"I didn't protect you better and get you out of there" Sweetpea sighed putting his face in his hands still looking down.
I leaned on his shoulder, "It's not your fault" I tried to convince him.
He looks up at the ceiling "I know...but I couldn't shake this feeling like Deandre was right somehow"
I look up and see his face analyzing it for a bit, for someone who had a busted lip, he still looked hot. Guessing that he had seen me looking at him because he turned his face to look at me which was now mere centimeters from mine.
His eyes fluctuated from my eyes to my lips as he carefully leaned in and kissed me lightly. I kissed him back leaning up a bit to put my arms around his neck.
Sweetpea picked me up and sat me on his lap with his hands resting on my thighs. The kiss ended after a few more seconds and we pulled back for air looking at each other "Uhm, I think we should kiss one more time...just for science" I said a little out of breath
"I completely agree" He grinned as we pulled each other in for another kiss. This leads to a make-out session while our hands explore each other's bodies. Pea laid back bringing me with him, his hands slid down my back and rested on my ass while my hands were tangled into his hair. My lips moved from his to his cheek, jawline, and neck leaving dark purple hickies.
"Hey guys we're going-" Fangs came in the room but stopped mid-sentence looking at us.
Slowly, I leaned up still on Sweetpea's lap looking at fangs "Uhm hey" I smiled
Sweetpea leaned up on his elbows to get a better look at his friend, "We were just uhm-"
"Science! Working on science" I nervously laughed getting off of him. Fangs smirked at us like that one episode of Spongebob when Squidward ate the Krabby patty's

"It's not like that!" Sweetpea laughed throwing a pillow at him.
"Yeah okay," Fangs laughed at us, "anyways, are you horny rabbits ready? We're going to meet Jughead at Pops"
Sighing not really wanting to go anywhere as my bruises developed on my face like a polaroid. I got off of Sweetpea and put on some forces as I followed the two boys downstairs.
"Everyone ready?" Toni asked getting up from the sofa.
"Yeah" I rolled my eyes
Leo gave me a look like I said 'holla' instead of 'hola' during attendance in Spanish class, "Uhnt uh, you aren't going out of the house with those bruises"
"You're deadass rn?" I asked irritated crossing my arms
"Just look at your face Nov, and what the fuck happened to your hand?" Kingsley asked noticing the bandage on my right hand
"It's nothing and it's fine for real" I try to convince them but I know I'm losing right now
"Hey, it's okay" Toni reassured me while putting a hand on my arm, "I'll stay here with you" She smiled at me
Honestly, I really appreciate Toni. I've known her for a week or so now be she's been such a good friend.
"Are you sure?" I asked her
My friend nodded her head and the others started to leave, "We'll be back later" Deandre said
"Bye beautiful," Sweetpea said kissing my cheek as Leo closed the door behind them leaving.
