"NOVIII" My best friend Nella screamed as I walked into the penthouse apartment that I previously lived in with my twin sister Noelani, my bestie Janella, and our dad. "NOEL COME HERE NOVA'S HOME!" She yelled while hugging me tightly.
I heard things falling over in my sister's room before she flung the door open and ran over to me. "SISSSYYYY!" She yelled in excitement
"You're homee" Noel hugged me tightly, "we've missed you so much."
"I missed you guys too." I hugged my sister back, feeling tears start to form, but I blinked them away. "Are you staying?" Nella asked with a hopeful look, but I shook my head, causing her to frown. "I have to go back soon, I wish i could come home..." I sighed
"How is everything down there?" My sister asked, sensing something was off. Twins intuition.
"It's ass, I fucking hate it there," I rolled my eyes, "please convince Papa to bring us back," I pleaded with my sister
"Is it really that bad?" Nella asked, looking concerned. I nodded frantically, "Yes, bro. I made a few friends like this one girl, she has pink hair—"
"Cute," Nella completed
"Right? Anyway, she's basically my main friend right now. I had a boyfriend, but—"
I swear to god if I get cut off one more time
"You had a boyfriend?!" The two girls look at me in shock. "SINCE WHEN???" Nella yelled
"Was he cute? What did he look like?" My sister smirked
"It doesn't matter cause he cheated on me." I shook my head. My sister and best friend got quiet while looking like they were ready to beat someone up. "What happened?" Noel asked
"I don't really wanna talk about it right now. The boys jumped him anyways." I shrugged
"As they should." Nella nodded
I talked to Noel and Nella for a while before Dre and Kingsley came to get me so we could go back. Not gonna lie I was so close to telling them I'm not going back but I sucked it up telling my two favorite people in the world goodbye before taking the elevator to the parking garage.
