Someone gently shakes my arm, waking me. I blink a few times before staring up at Dominic. I glance towards the door to see one of the many men waiting for him. "Don't take it personal, sweetheart. It's policy."

"I know," I say, sitting up. "So is there a reason why you're interrupting my beauty sleep?"

He chuckles. "There's nothing beautiful about your sleep hair." I frown, running my fingers through my hair but he pulls them away. "I'm just teasing you, Madison. Your hair is fine."

I roll my eyes, pulling my hands away. "What do you want?"

He sighs. "I have plans later so if you still want to hang out today we'll have to do it early."

My lips part in surprise. Any other guy would just cancel or wait until the last minute to ditch you. "Okay. I just need time to shower and get ready."

"Alright. I'll be in Owen's office."

The two men leave my room and I reluctantly drag myself out of bed. I head to the wardrobe room, thankful that no one stops me. There are a few women standing around but they don't pay any attention to me. I grab a pair of dark jeans and a fitted v-neck along with a bra and panty set before heading to the showers. I see a few woman standing around but thankfully the partial walls only allow us to see each others faces. After quickly showering and getting dressed, I return to the wardrobe room to do my hair and makeup. Once I am finished, I head towards Owen's office in search of Dominic.

When I reach the doorway, I quickly take a step back when I realize who is in the office. Sitting on the edge of Owen's desk wearing a black off the shoulder crop top and a white mini skirt is the woman from last night. She flips her hair over her shoulder and smiles warmly at Owen. The action causes my blood to boil but the only thing on my mind is getting out of here. Taking a deep breath, I keep my eyes on Dominic. "Hey."

He stands up. "Hey. Ready?"

I nod. He nods towards Owen and follows me out of the room. "Madison," Owen calls after me. He follows us out of the room and grabs my wrist. "You left last night without telling me where you were going and now you're giving me the silent treatment?"

I pull my wrist away. "Just leave me alone. I'll talk to you when I feel like it."

"This is childish," he sighs. "Where are you going?"

"Out," I say, walking away. Dominic follows me and I glance back to make sure Owen isn't following before we turn down the hallway to the garage. "Dominic?"

"Hmm?" he hums in response.

"Who is that woman?" I ask curiously, looking up at him.

"I don't know," he shrugs. "I met her at the other house but I don't think ahe is one of the girls."

Pushing aside my thoughts, I grab the keys to the Audi and climb in.

"Who was that?" Aubrey asks when I return to my office.

"My girlfriend," I say, walking behind my desk to sit down.

"How serious is it?"

My eyes finally meet hers as I lean back in my chair. "Why does it matter to you?"

She shrugs before leaning back on her hand and uncrossing her legs. Her tongue runs across her lip. "Just curious," she states innocently.

I shake my head. "I'd say it's serious considering we're getting married in less than a month."

She raises her eyebrow. "That's odd."

"How so?"

"She was just in here yet she didn't say a word to you or even look at you then she left with one of your men," she says. "I guess I know who wears the pants in your relationship."

I roll my eyes in irritation. "I think we all know I do."

She glances down at my zipper. "They fit you well."

I shift in my seat. I haven't known this woman for long but I know she's bold as hell. "Don't you have a pole to be dancing around?" I ask, standing up.

I begin walking to the door as she speaks. "There's plenty of poles around here I could wrap my hands around."

I shake my head, stopping in the doorway to look at her. "So go find one."

"You can play hard to get all you want but I know you," she says, sliding off my desk. Her heels click as she makes her way towards me, swaying her hips as she walks. She stops beside me, reaching up to cup my cheek. Her thumb rubs down the center of my lips as I stare into her eyes. "I will fuck you, Owen Carter. It's not if, it's when. And trust me, it'll be soon."

She leans in to kiss me but I turn my head, causing her lips to land on my cheeks. Her tongue runs across the stubble on my cheek and I quickly pull away. "I can't wait to feel that on my thighs."

Shaking my head, I place my on the small of her back and force her through the doorway. Madison and Dominic are only a few steps away from my office door. Madison's eyes land on my hand so I quickly pull it away and begin reaching for my keys. "I thought you left."

"I forgot my phone on your desk," Dominic says.

The tone of his voice tells me he's probably just as irritated as my soon to be wife. "Oh."

Opening the door, I allow him to enter. "I'll see you later, Owen," Aubrey says sweetly, winking before she walks away.

I am afraid to look at Madison. I've been with enough women to learn about their mindsets. They're such beautiful, complex creatures whose minds do incredible things. She must be thinking the worst right now and I'm the only one to blame. Dominic exits the room. "Thanks."

"No problem," I say, shutting off the light and locking the door.

As much as I want to comment about her spending time with Dominic, I decide against it since she's already in a sour mood. I trust Dominic enough to believe he wouldn't do that kind of thing. I watch the two as they walk away, thinking about Aubrey.

The first time I met her was at the house Michael lives in. Apparently she came from one of the other houses my father controlled. She was a waitress in the casino, all of which must dress extremely slutty so she was used to the attention. She didn't get any from me and took it as a challenge. She left for a while then returned with a man once and has been hanging around since. I have so many issues of my own so she's the last of my worries. I have to focus on Madison and my son. I can't let her get in my head.
