I place my hand in Owen's and follow him into the crowded bar. I am wearing a pair of ripped black jeans and a black shirt that has strips of black transparent material going across it. Owen is wearing a pair of tan shorts and dark blue button up shirt. We stop at the bar where Owen casually leans against the bar, placing his hand on my backside as he orders us our first round of drinks. "The hotel has a spa. I thought maybe you could get your hair and nails done tomorrow morning," hs suggests. "If you want to, of course."

"Why?" I ask, confused.

He shrugs. "I thought that's what girls liked to do."

I roll my eyes but find myself looking down at ny nails. A manicure wouldn't be so bad. "Okay," I nod. "That'd be nice."

He smiles. "You can go down whenever. They'll charge the room."

"Thanks, babe."

He presses a kiss to my temple before straightening to accept his beer from the bartender. I push my hair behind my shoulder before grabbing a drink. Dominic grabs two drinks, one for him and one for his friend whose name I can't seem to remember. Maybe he never told me. I don't care enough to ask so I drink my beer in content. The familiar tune of I Like It begins playing and I grab Owen's hand, pulling him towards the dancing crowd. "This is my favorite song. Dance with me."

He chugs his beer before allowing me to pull him into the crowd. I dance with him, grinding against him in the process. Towards the end of the song he pulls me against him and cups my face. We're supposed to be having fun but he looks so serious. It's confusing. Pressing his lips softly against mine, I listen as the song changes to a slower tune. Boo'd Up by Ella Mai begins playing and I turn around, dancing against him. My hips sway along with the music and I close my eyes, letting him and the song consume me. It's over before I know it and he wraps his arms around me, kissing my head. "Let's get a drink."

I nod, taking his hand. I follow him back to the bar where the two boys are. I try to think of something we could all do together when I remember something I used to do back in high school. "Let's race."

All three men stare at me in confusion. "What are you talking about?" Dominic finally asks.

I turn to the bartender. "Two liquid marijuanas filled to the top with two small straws in each cup."

Nodding, he begins mixing the drink. "What do you mean by race?" Owen asks.

"There's two people to a cup and the team that finishes their drink first wins," I explain. "It's fun."

"Wins what?" Dominic's friend asks.

"A fucking trophy," I respond sarcastically. "Just do it. It'll loosen everyone up and we'll have more fun."

The bartender places the cups in front of us and the boys stare down at the bright green liquid. "Why do I have to team up with him?" Dominic asks.

"Because he's your friend," I shrug. "Just do it."

Using my fingers, I brush my hair back into a ponytail and use the hair tie on my wrist to hold it. "Ooh, she means business," his friend jokes.

I nod. "Bartender, will you be the judge?" I ask.

"Of course."

I wink at him before picking up the cup. I look at Owen sternly. "I've never lost this game so don't let me down."

Amused, he nods. The bartender clears his throat. "On the count of three. One. Two. Three! Chug!"

I stare down at the drink as I begin drinking from the straw. What makes the game difficult is the size of the straws. They're small so you have to suck harder to succeed but I didn't bother telling them that because I've only ever played this game with girls. The liquid lowers until it disappears and I raise our cup in excitement. A crowd I didn't realize gathered cheers for us as the other boys finish their drinks. "You obviously win," the bartender chuckles. "Good job."

I grin. "Thanks."

"How the hell do you do that?" Dominic asks, making a face.

"It's all about sucking," I say. "I could suck the nails out of a board."

Owen glares down at me. "What the fuck?"

My lips part in surprise. "I didn't mean to -" I stop, restarting. "I usually do this with the girls. I've said it before. I didn't really think it through."

"You should be proud," Dominic's friend laughs. "Lucky bastard."

Dominic nudges him before looking at me. "That shit is strong. You're tiny so I have no clue how you could be standing still."

I shrug. "I can handle myself. I know my limits."

"We want to race with you guys," a woman says, coming up to us with a few friends with her.

I glance back at the bartender who nods.

Stumbling across the dance floor, I laugh as I grasp onto Owen's shirt to hold myself up. Just because I said I knew my limits doesn't mean I'd be responsible and stop when I reach said limit. I was having so much fun that I didn't want go stop. "I can't s-see," I say as he places his arms around my waist to hold me up.

"You're so drunk," Dominic laughs.

"Dominic?" I ask, trying to concentrate on his face.

He shakes his head. "We need to get you out of here."

Holding me up, he begins helping me walk towards the exit. "Where are you going?" his friend asks.

"To get her into a cab. Wait for Owen to get out of the bathroom and bring him outside. Tell him she can barely walk."

"Hey!" I say loudly. "I can walk just fine."

"We're not moving anymore," he says.

"Are you sure?" I ask, watching as the floor moves.

"Come on," he says, pulling me along.

When we get outside, the cold air hits me and I feel the urge to pee. "I have to pee," I mumble, unbuttoning my pants.

He swats my hands away, quickly buttoning my pants. "Stop. You have to wait. Here, lean against the wall."

I try but it feels like I'm going to fall so I place my hands against his chest. Staring up at his slightly blurry face, I place my hand on his cheek. "You're cute."

"So are you," he chuckles.

I am too drunk to think about his comment. Instead, I do the most reasonable thing I could think of. Leaning forward slightly, I press my lips to his. He savors it for just a moment before quickly pulling away. "Fuck," he groans. "Fuck."

He steps away and I almost fall but he catches me, helping me carefully sit on the ground. I continue downwards, laying on the ground and closing my eyes. "What am I going to do with you?" he mumbles.

"Why is she on the ground?" Owen asks.

"She wanted to sit then she laid down. I'll get us the next cab."

Owen helps me to my feet and moment later I am in a car. Before I know it, everything goes black and I am fast asleep.
