Chapter3- Boyfriend, kiss and bad lieutenant

Gabby's POV
"I love you too, Matt!"I said and then continued "But how can we be together if you're my lieutenant?" "Don't worry Gabby! I know that we can't hide forever and that Chief Boden is needed to know. And it won't be a problem 'cause Severide and Shay are together." I had no words but I knew what I had to do. I kissed him into his lips and then he kissed me back. Since that moment we started dating.
2 months later
Casey's POV
This past 2 months was the most amazing in my life. I was Gabby's boyfriend and it's was undescribable. She came to me and kiss me in the lips and then we heard an alarm.
Squad 3, Truck 81, Truck 35, ambo 61, battalion 25 car crush Batelfield Ave 4.
Gabby's POV
When I heard truck 35 I was in shock. I haven't said anything to Casey yet, but I think he really needs to know.
So their lieutenant Bob Hudlebuff was my lieutenant before Casey. He was the baddest lieutenant I've ever had. He hated female firefighters and he treated me like a garbage. It was the worst 3 years of my life. When we get to the scene lieutenant Hudlebuff saw me and came closer. I tried to go with Herrman but Hudlebuff said "Look who is here! It's Dawson! What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to make lunch for your guys at your new house?" It was horrible to hear that but then I saw Casey going right to him and told to him "How dare you? She isn't cook she is a firefighter and the best one!" And then he continued " As far as I know we were first on the scene so you need to do what I say and right now you need to shut your mouth up and follow me!" I saw Casey walked to me and asked "What was that about? " "Can we talk about it later? When we come back to the house for example?" I asked. "Of course!" He kissed my forehead and said to follow him.
3 hours later
Casey's POV
We get back to the firehouse and I said "Dawson, we need to talk! In my office!" When she came I kissed her and we started our talk. "So what happened between you and lieutenant Hudlebuff?" "Do you know why I got transferred here?" I said no, and she continued "So when I was at firehouse 43 he was my lieutenant. In there I never went to the calls. I always do some dirty work at that house such as cleaning up all showers or cooking lunch and dinner. He treated me like I was weak to do firefighters job. He hate female firefighters. On my last shift he said that I'm nothing than just woman who should do woman's work." After that words she started crying and I hugged her as tight as I could. And then I said "Gabby! It's not your fault that he doesn't like female firefighters. And I don't think that you are weak for this job. I've never seen female firefighter as strong and smart as you!" When she heard my words she said "Thank you Matt! This means a lot to me!" I hugged her as tight as I could and then I kissed her and she kissed me back.
Gabby's POV
I was so thankful to Matt that he understands what happened. I really needed to talk about it. I never told that before Casey, and after that talk I was feeling much better and I knew why. When shift ended Casey and I went to his car and he got me to my apartment. I said "do you wanna stay with me tonight?" "Yes, babe, I'd love to!" He came into my apartment and gave me his smile from which my heart was always malted.
