Chapter 30: New employee...

{Jezzabelles Pov}

"So this is our floor" Logan says as soon as we got to the top of their 50 story building,

"How come there's no one around on this floor?" I ask confused at the humongous space around us that was empty,

"We hate having other people around when we work because most of them are loud and noisy" Logan says as we walk towards two large grey doors that had a desk by the side in front,

"This is where you'll be making money honey" Luis says with a wink as I laughed at his gesture,

"Its nice, I like the counter that covers most of my face for people that come onto this floor" I say sitting on the chair noticing that my view of the elevator was completely blocked by a large work laptop and the stoned counter behind it,

"Sorry, the girl before you was way taller thats why she put the chair all the way down and she sorta broke the chair handle thingy that makes it go lower" Luis says with a uneasy look as I laughed,

"Its okay, I'll just try to work with it" I say with a sigh as they smiled,

"Now where's my work bosses?" I ask with a smile as they turned to each other before barely remembering I was here to work,

"Oh! I forgot you work for us now, I'll grab the paperwork and you get the other extra stuff she needs" Logan says with a awkward laugh before rushing along with his brother to get my work,

As they went into the office I decided to have a look at the broken handle under my chair since I didn't want my eyes to be blocked from seeing who was coming in unattended.

I kneeled down to check under the chair to see the handle was actually set on lock because the other handle was blocking it. I sighed before trying to reach under to unlock the handle to th-

"Excuse me?" A voice asks behind me as I jumped a little bit before groaning when my head hit the chair,

"Oh shit, sorry I wasn't trying to scare you or anything" The voice says as I felt hands helping me up from under the chair,

"Your bleeding" The person standing in front of me now says as my eyes widened at the sight of a tall thin guy with green eyes and dark blonde hair and plump lips that looks as if he jumped right out of model magazine,

"Its okay" I say noticing I just bumped my head under a chair in front of a random person I've never seen before,

"Don't worry, I always carry around a first aid kit" he says with a smile as I tried to stop him before he pulled a small safety kit from under the coat he was wearing,

"Its always good to come prepared right" he says with a little giggle before opening the bag and using some cotton swabs and some water from a small water bag that was in there,

"This will help the cut" he says before putting some Neosporin on it and finally putting a bandage,

"Yes, masterpiece" he says gently patting it down as I laughed at how happy he looked,

"Thank you" I say now pulling out my phone to see the small bandage on top of my forehead,

"Your welcome.....uhm?" He says looking around my desks for a name plaque as I got up quciky putting my hand out,

"Jezzabelle Black, well otherwise known as Mrs.Black" I say smiling at him as his happy look turned into a shocked expression,

"Wait? Your married to Sebastian Black?" He asks with fear on his face as I laughed before nodding,

"Yes" I say with a grin as he looked at me stunned,

"I always thought he was the type to go for a different type of person" he says looking up and down as my brows furrowed,

"Are you saying I'm not his type?" I ask with a frown as he shook his head quickly,

"No, it's just that.....your very young looking and....innocent" he says as I smirked before shaking my head,

"Trust me, Im not as innocent as yah think" I say with a laugh before sitting down in my chair,

"Well stranger, how may I help you now?" I ask noticing he was on the floor where I work now,

"oh, Im Luke the secretary, from the 23rd floor and my boss wanted me to drop off some paperwork for the mafia ball this weekend" he says handing me some paperwork as I looked at it confused, 

"Mafia ball?" I ask with curiosity as he smiles, 

"It's technically a party with different mafias there, you should come. I mean isn't your husband the most scariest mafia leader there is" he says as I shrugged, 

"I'll ask, well thanks for stopping by Luke" I say waving as he nods before walking towards the elvator, 

"See yah around Mrs.Black" He says before the elvator doors closed and I looked over the list of guests attending this mafia ball.
