"POTTER! BLACK!" THE VOICE EXPLODED around the Great Hall early Thursday morning. Most students didn't even bother turning around, they already knew what would've happened and why it did, however it didn't stop McKenna, Lily and Marlene from looking up from their breakfast.

Storming into the hall was Severus Snape in all his greasy glory, though there was one thing that was oddly peculiar about him, instead of his jet black hair, it was replaced with a green colour, the type you'd see in a Polyjuice potion, the type you'd see once you'd thrown up. 

The Slytherin stormed over to the table of scarlet with his beady eyes set onto the two boys, McKenna's eyes watched him carefully with a small smirk, however Lily looked mortified. "What have you done to me?!" He exclaimed loudly, most students watching the interaction. 

"Well, Snivelus, it appears your hair is green. Are you colour blind?" Sirius asked as he watched the boy squirm in anger. Severus balled his fists at his side as his stare turned to James, a wicked look in his eyes. "I'd like to say it's an improvement, but nothing could change that." He commented, giving Sirius a high five after.

"Can't say that Lily is going to like this, can you?" Severus said with a slight smirk, completely forgetting that his hair was more green than the grass outside the castle. James didn't drop his smirk but continued on laughing, McKenna turned around to Lily to see her bubbling with anger, Marlene however was once again staring at Vanity, obviously bored by the entire situation.

The Evans girl jumped up from her seat and stormed over to where the three boys were interacting. Severus let a smug look overtake his features once he saw the sigh of the fuming redhead, though James held a look of horror. McKenna bit her tongue as she jogged to catch up with the girl in attempt to stop her from murdering James.

"Severus, are you alright?" Lily asked worriedly as she shot James and Sirius furious looks, McKenna let her emerald eyes darted between them all. Severus shook his head slowly and let Lily engulf him into a hug, as he rested his chin on her head he gave James an awfully smug look before they both pulled away. 

"Do you think you could help me look for something to get rid of this colour?" He asked her, his dark eyes never leaving her light ones. Lily nodded with a small smile before turning to McKenna. "I'll be right back." McKenna nodded her head and didn't miss the look Lily gave her which she knew meant, 'give-the-boys-a-beating'. 

The Stein girl waited until Lily had dragged Severus out of the Great Hall before she pushed Sirius and James apart, she sat in between them and gave James a wicked smile. "That was a good one, Potter. Nice touch with the colour, however I would've wanted for red, would've angered him more. I mean, you could've made his nose even bigger or branded words onto his forehead."
