"What d'you want?" Harry asked Kendall plainly as they sat opposite each other in a resaurant some place in America.
Kendall hummed, reading over the menu. "Number six, please, Harry."
Harry rolled his eyes, calling over the waitress. A woman walked over to their table, writ down their order then walked back off, over to where the chefs were.
Harry pulled out his phone, about to call Louis.
"That boring, am I?" asked Kendall, smiling.
"You are, actually," Harry replied. He's never that mean to anyone, but with all of his anger, frustration, and sadness building up, he'd snap at anyone, especially when it's someone who you've got to pretend to be in love with when your boyfriend's on the other side of the water.
Kendall sighed, "I know you're pissed ..."
"That's an understatement," Harry muttered, eyes focused on his small mobile screen.
"Fine," said Kendall. "You're fuming, I get it."
"Still an understatement."
Kendall groaned. "You need to work with me here, Harry."
Harry laughed, shaking his head. He looked up at her. "I'd rather not, thank you. Listen, I don't have anything against you personally, but my boyfriend's back home and for me to show you any affection would be cheating."
"I'm not asking for any affec-"
"Your meals," said the same waitress, placing two full plates down in front of them. Harry thanked her and she walked off.
Harry decided against calling Louis.
Kendall decided against trying to talk to Harry.

Harry and Kendall went the rest of the meal without saying a word to each other. Harry paid for them then stood up with Kendall standing up after him. Harry took her hand briefly, walking her out the restaurant, where it was filled with paparazzis and what not.
Harry didn't look at them. Instead, he walked round them, opened the door for Kendall then got in the driver's seat. He had the lights of the flashes blinding his eyes as he started up the car. He looked purely miserable and unhappy to be seen with the girl as he refused to even give the paparazzis a smile.
Harry took a deep breath, shook his head then drove off.
