Grammarly suggested to correct squirming to squirting

"Sit still, okay?" Tyler grumbled as Josh wouldn't stop squirming
"It hurts." The man whimpered softly, smashing Tyler's already fragile heart to pieces with his words
They sat on the bench outside the pharmacy, it was getting late. The sky once azure and vibrant was shifting to a darker blue. The lamp post turned on with a raucous click. Soon the whole street bathed in the artificial light.
"Your own damn fault." Tyler scoffed and tightened the bandage around Josh's elbow
Josh's head tilted up slowly, the dreamy glimmer in them appeared once again. He licked his lips slowly before speaking.
"I didn't want you to get hurt."
A sharp breath filled Tyler's lungs, the movement in Tyler's hands froze, he gazed at the man not knowing what to say.
"I can handle it." Tyler jeered, "I'm not a baby."
Josh lowered his head and nodded casually. His chest rose with a harsh breath. Great, look what you've done, Tyler.
"I'm sorry for treating you like a kid all the time." Josh exhaled and stood up, the boy shoved him down on the stool
"I'm not finished."
"It's late, we should get back- "
"No," Tyler cut the man off "You still have some teaching to do."
"Aren't your parents going to be worried?" Josh questioned
Tyler shook his head, a soft chuckle followed after. He continued wrapping the bandage around Josh's arm. He had to make sure that the man doesn't get any more hurt. Josh stared at Tyler intensely, probably waiting for a proper answer. After a few minutes of tense silence, Tyler spoke again.
"My parents don't give a shit."
"Don't say that," Josh sighed "They're your parents, I'm sure- "
"No," Tyler let out a troubled chuckle "You don't understand."
Tyler stepped away, his hands shaking. He plopped down on the end of the bench, far away from the man and rested his elbows on his knees. He didn't know anything, probably grew up pampered like a prince and never heard a harsh word from his parents. Never skipped a Christmas, the table was always set and no one ever had to starve or go to bed without a full stomach. God, how Tyler hated Josh... And loved him at the same time. They were two different worlds colliding and no matter how beautiful the planets were, there was always chaos when they clashed.
"Tyler?" Josh spoke softly, the boy shook his head. He wanted to be left alone to weep and deal with it himself. That's what he always did, why should he ask for comfort in someone else's arms?
The man sighed and scooted closer to the sad boy. His arm slowly snaked around Tyler's shaking shoulders and the boy soon found himself pressed against the man's warm chest, his calm heartbeat against Tyler's cheek. A soft smile tugged at Tyler's lips, he melted into Josh's embrace no matter how he protested against that. He knew that one touch will be enough for him to get addicted. Tyler was lost already, addicted to the touch, to the warmth, to the sense of security that overwhelmed him from the simplest gesture.
"You can talk to me, okay? When you're ready." Josh whispered, his lips pressed a soft kiss to the boy's temple. Tyler was so overwhelmed already that reacting to the kiss would explode him so he just sat frozen.
