"do you want to try to get your girl back or do you guys just want to leave and come back tomorrow?" chan asked while leaving the orange boxes by the kitchen. i looked at jeongin, "we'll come back tomorrow," he responded. chan nodded, "alright. then follow me."
the walk to chan's house was long. it reminded me of when mister park's elevators didn't work and we had to use the stairs for a whole week.
"it isn't big but it's something. i hope you guys aren't afraid to share," the boy smiled brightly while looking down at the wooden floor that had been a little destroyed. it wasn't the cleanest place that i'd seen but it was definitely much better than the garbage-days in azrai. there were also a couple of mattresses laying on the floor that looked comfortable enough to sleep on. "thank you so much for letting us stay here over night.. you're a real bro," he then looked at me, confused, "bro?" my eyes met with jeongin's, "uhh, yeah," i turned back to chan, "bro is a short version of brother. please don't use that here, i don't think it's very good if you do." he blinked a couple of times and gave us a small nod.
"okay.. bro." he laughed, i sighed.
eunsan;
"could you please let me out?" i banged on the locked door, trying to come out or at least annoy him so much that he'd let me go.
minhyun had locked me in his small closet because i didn't tell him what he wanted to know. i couldn't, and wouldn't, tell him.
"i will not let you go until you tell me, eunsan," he sighed, "i need to know.." i tried to sit down but couldn't get all the way down so then i tried to get up but that didn't work either, i was stuck. my legs were bent more than 90° and i was getting the workout of my life.. i never work out.. "your majesty, may i please get out of this uncomfortable closet of yours?" he chuckled, "why are you using such language? i know that it isn't what you're used to," i began whining, "ya girl is tired, alright? i want to sleep and.. stuff?"
the door started to creak and a small beam of light came in. my eyes wandered up and met with a pair of brown that i had seen before, "you can get out of there if you'll let me tie you to something. i can't have you running away.." i nodded. it felt as if anything would be more comfortable than this.
he opened the door fully and gave me his hand. when he saw me in the position i was sitting in he realised that i wouldn't be able to get out myself, "im sorry, eunsan. that doesn't look very comfortable," "no shit sherlock," he lifted me up by my legs and picked me up bridal style, "thank you." i whispered.
he put me down on his bed and got out some pieces of cloth to tie around my wrists and ankles. mR gReY wHomsT tHe- i OnlY kNow pRincE mInhyUn.
"where will you sleep..?" i asked when he was tying the last piece, "i'll just sleep on the floor, don't worry," he gave me a slight smile and pecked me on my forehead, "goodnight."

we were already trying to sleep when a pain shot through my chest. i gasped for air and woke up jeongin, "what the ducK IS GOING ON?!" he got louder and i tried to quiet him down but didn't succeed so now all three of us were awake, "excuse me.. what's happening?"
it started to be more difficult to breathe and the pain started to pulse in my chest, "i don't know," b r e a t h e, "what's going on," jeongin looked in his bag for some type of medication but there was nothing, "im sorry binnie, i don't have anything."
i was obviously still alive but it was so painful it felt like i would die any second.
a red blinking light came from the stairs and we looked at chan for an explanation, "wha- i don't know! stop looking at me, i have no idea what that is."
loud steps came closer and closer and a guy our age showed up. his "bracelet" was the answer to the red light and it didn't look like something that i'd seen before.
"hi im jisung! just here to give you some information an- wHY CANT THE DUDE BREATHE?" the guy, now called jisung, rushed towards me and started to do some kind of check-up.
"..dude? ..bro?" chan whispered from the corner.
jisung looked in the small bag he had by his side and took out a syringe-looking thing with confusion. he shrugged and shot it into my arm, "i have no idea what anything is except for my watch.." he put a bandaid on it and continued, "they just put tags on them so it's easier for me.."
my breathing got lighter and easier.. who was this guy..?
