"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?" Noah whisper-yelled at Montgomery the moment he opened the front door and was welcomed with the sight of him fidgeting with a bouquet of wildflowers and what seemed to be a bag of Toys R Us. The younger Connelly looked over his shoulder and minimized the space of the opening of the front door so that only his head was peeking outside.

"I'm here to talk to Olivia." Montgomery responded bemusedly. "What the hell are you doing?"

"I don't think my sister wants to see you." Noah concluded, his mind flashing back to the fuming Olivia who came home a few days ago stomping her way inside the house, it was the day she bumped into him accidentally and Noah hadn't seen so much anger in Olivia until that day. "Did you even have any idea how a simple interaction with you threw her off the cliff?"

"Noah, listen, I know how much Olivia hates me right now — and probably forever — but I'm here to fix everything." Montgomery pleaded, his green eyes filled with regret. "I'm trying to make it up with her and Grayson. I'm taking full responsibility if you could all just give me a chance and let me."

Noah contemplated for a second, his eyes staring intensely at Montgomery's sincere ones and he chewed on his bottom lip as he gets into an internal battle with himself. Montgomery says quietly, "You know how much I loved her and I still do. You saw what  I went through after she left me. Please, Noah."

Noah sighed and swung open the front door, stepping aside to let him in. "Wait for us by the living room. You're lucky Mom and Dad's not home."

Noah went upstairs and nervously peeked inside the crack at Olivia's bedroom door, hearing her singing softly to Grayson who was sounded asleep on her bed with his small duvet and baby pillows. He quietly enters the room and glared at his two other brothers at the same room, watching Grayson and giggling in a hush.

"Boys, go to your room." Noah commanded and Dom glared back, "You're not the boss of us."

"Don't argue, just go."

Owen dashed in front of him and crossed his arms across his chest with perfected sassiness he learned from Elizabeth. He kicks Noah's shin. "Olivia's here now! She's in charge of us now. Don't tell us what to do!"

Olivia shook her head at the absurdity of her brothers before calling their attention. "Owen, Dom, don't talk to Noah like that. He's in charge of both of you when Lizzie and I aren't home, remember? Listen to him."

Dom pouted before doing what they were told, steering his brother from Noah. "Hey Noah, let's play video games later. You don't play much with us anymore."

Noah smiled. "I will. Just go to your room first and don't go downstairs. I need to talk to Liv."

Owen opens his mouth to protest but Dom automatically puts his hand over it and dragged them both to their room. Noah waited for them to turn the corner of the hall before taking a deep breath. "Livvie, don't freak out but—"

"What, what, what is it?" Olivia panics, her eyes crazily darting everywhere as she awaits for Noah to explain. Ever since she became a Mother, she's become less of a risk taker and more of a worrier. For a split second, it made Noah sad to see that kind of change from her sister. He'd always looked up to her bravery and boldness.

"I told you not to freak out!" Noah whisper-yelled, casting a look over Grayson to make sure he didn't wake up with the loudness of his voice. He paced back and forth while Olivia watched him with anxiety. "Montgomery's downstairs and he wants to talk to you. I let him in and he's waiting for you at the living room. I didn't tell you because I know you would kick him out of the house before he could even set foot in this house."
