Peter's POV
I went inside to give Pepper and Libby some space. Tony was watching me come through the window. I opened the door and stepped inside.

"Have you taken her on a date yet?" Tony asked, staring off into the distance.

"I was but the day she was put in the hospital I was going to take her to see Wonder in the theater."

"Have you had your first kiss yet?"

"Um.... no. Wha-why?"

"Because if she hasn't yet you can date her now."

"O-okay." I chuckled, unsure of his reasoning behind it.

"If she wants to live with you for a while promise me something. And once you promise me, you can't let me down."

"Yes?"

He stood up and walked over to me and he looked me dead in the eyes with a look that was threatening. "Promise me that you will protect her and not let that dick who pretended to be her dad get to her."

"I promise."

"That guy is a cereal killer with dangerous weapons. You said he cleaned up after alien attacks? He did. And now he steals stuff from the people I hired and makes weapons out of them. If he gets to her, it can get bad because she knows who her real dad is. How bad? I'm not sure. But he knows how to break every bone in the body and how to torture someone to the point they go insane and kill themselves."

"Then shouldn't she live with you then? She'd be better protected here than at my apartment. I mean, her fake dad only lives right upstairs from me."

"She should stay here, but we'll give her the option. Of course if she chooses to stay with you I'll have people watching your apartment 24/7. And maybe I'll get Natasha and Clint and Wanda to live across from you just so that you guys are better protected. Now, If you'll excuse me, I'm going to talk to my long lost daughter." He opened the door and walked outside, closing it behind him. He sat next to her and started talking to her. A few minutes later Pepper and Libby started laughing and he joined in. I went to find May. I found her in the kitchen with Natasha. They were making something and I was about to go in the kitchen but heard them talking.

"They are so cute together!" May said.

"I hope Stark will let them be. He gets protective over Pepper talking to guys he doesn't know after the whole Killian thing. Imagine how protective he'll get with Libby."

"What was the Killian thing?"

"You know when there was a huge terrorist thing and the Mandarin was after Stark, and we all thought he was dead? Well Killian took Pepper and he made her have a power of some sort. I'm not entirely sure of what it is. But, she fell over 5,000 feet and didn't die. And in a fire."

"Oh, I remember that! Well, not their story. But I remember when that was. Peter didn't want to go to school for a week because he was scared that the terrorist was going to blow up the school."

"I hope Stark won't separate them. They make such a cute couple." Were they talking about Libby and me? The front door opened and I had I walk in the kitchen to not raise suspicion I was eavesdropping on their conversation.
