Tony's POV
I went to go find Peter first. I found him staring into the pool, looking deep in thought.

"What's on your mind kid?"

"I should've made her stay in my room. Or in the bathroom with the door locked. I should've been more careful, looked out the peephole instead of just opening the door with nothing but my webs."

"It wasn't your fault. There were four against two, and even if you made her stay in one of those rooms, how are you going to fight off four guys at once? You can barely handle two."

"But she almost got kidnapped or killed."

"But she didn't." I put a hand on his shoulder firmly. "And that's what matters kid. You still kept the promise. You kept her safe and alive."

"But not safe enough! If she had just moved here immediately, that wouldn't have happened."

"Peter, thinking what could've happened in the past won't change it. Trust me, if that happened, I wouldn't done it so many times. She got those text, and even if she moved her immediately, she just would've gotten them sooner. Look at me."

I turned him towards me. Tears were brimming his eyes.

"She's safe. She's alive. And as long as she doesn't respond to those texts, she will stay that way. You know, if it wasn't for you, she would've died. And I would never had met my daughter again. Now, take a deep breath, and go get a suit on. It's Libby's real birthday and we're taking her out. And I'd suggest getting her something." I handed him a small handful of money. "Spend it well. You've got two hours to find something."

"Mr Stark, I don't t know how to drive. I don't even have my permit yet."

"Right. Tell Happy to give you a ride to a store. Tell him I told you so."

"Yes sir."

"Alright. Take care."

He gave me a small smile and took off to find Happy. Then it hit me. I don't even have something for her.

"Peter! Get back over here!" I yelled. He jogged back over to me. "Wait by the cars. I'll meet you there."

He smiled and ran over to the garage. I shook my head with a smile and set off to find Pepper. She was talking to Wanda in the kitchen. Why do I always find her in the kitchen?

"Pepper. Go get ready. Peter and i are going out to find something."

"Okay. Mine is already here."

"Always have to try and better yourself, dontcha?" I said teasingly.

"Well, I need to. Your my husband."

She gave me a kiss before going upstairs. I went to the garage to get Peter and drive to the store.

We were at the store for a while. I wanted to get her a special bracelet or something. So I was at the jewelry section. Peter and i were FaceTimeing. He was getting paper, lots of it, candies, different colors of pens, and jars. What was he thinking about doing? But after forever, I finally had my gift done and Peter was coming back. Then we headed home.
