Chanyeol's Birthday

"Take care, just call me if you need anything," Kai says. "I'll be fine. You take care too. You're schedule is packed this month," i remind him. He smiles.

"I know. I'll see you on Friday," he says and leaves. The rest of the members follow him to go home. I don't know how the thoughts of eating Chinese food with Jongin can make me happy. I'm really confused at myself right now. At one time, i know how i really like Chanyeol. I might as well fallen in love with him. But deep down, i know i also realize that i adore Jongin.
My mind strikes back to Jongin words.
Did i really not see the one who truly care for me? What about that night me and Chanyeol shared? Was that nothing to us?

Damn.
I'm starting to think that it is better for me not to live with them anymore...

"Drive her. At least i know you'll be safe with my baby," Seungri says while handing me his porchè car key. I just nod. "I'm sorry i have to leave first, but i promise i'll make an appointment in Jeju to find your mom," he says. I walk forward and hug him dearly. "Thank you. You're the best, bro" i say jokingly. He smiles and wave me goodbye. Nooow. Let's get back to real world.

My phone rings. "Yeoboseyo. Hani, meet us up at the COEX" one of exo managers says. Why there? "Yeoboseyo. Ne, algesseumnida. Do you want me to bring anything?" i ask. "Americano, for Chanyeol" he adds. Hmm i'm going to see him, i wonder. Right after that, Sehun calls. "Annyeong maknae," i greet the big baby. "Nuna!!! Where are you?" he asks. "I'm on the way to COEX. What's up, hun?" i ask. "It's Chanyeol hyung birthday!!" he shouts. "MY GOD HUNNIE! Damn i forgot my notes!!!" i shout back. "I know that, that's why i'm calling. I'll see you back at home, nuna. We'll figure out what to do with him" he says laughing. Hmm. What present should i buy for the man who has everything?

I just handed Chanyeol's coffee to the manager and on my way to meet up with Sehun. Thanks to him, i was able to avoid meeting Chanyeol. From the distance, i know that man with a huge shoulder must be Sehun who waves at me happily.
"Hello, Sehunnie. Miss me?" i ask as he he opens the car door and sit next to me. "Daebak! Seungri hyung must've loved you so much to let you borrow this" he says in awe. I just laugh. "Ahh nuna, tonight, the members want to surprise him so they set up something. Chanyeol hyung was in a huge fight with Kai last night and i think it was to make the surprise even better." he explains. "Suho hyung will buy the Cake and stuffs. Well, you don't need to do anything nuna you're the important one" he adds. "Hmm alright. You can help me to choose Chanyeol's present right?" i ask. "He doesn't need present nuna, he only needs you to be there" Sehun says. "Whatever. I'll find it myself" i say. Sehun smack me on my arm. "By the way, what are you doing these days? Had a nice rest?" he says. I smile brightly. Damn this has me thinking back about those night...
"What? What are you thinking? Was him making you that happy?" he says. WHAT. I accidentally hit the brakes. "Ooo shit! I'm sorry!" i say panicky. "What's that look on your face?" he adds. "HEOL. Was he good in bed?" he asks again. H-o-l-y s-h-i-t. How the hell does he know about this? My god!

I pull over. "OMOOO I KNEW IT!!!!" Sehun shouts. "I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS. YAAA!!!" he shouts and claps. fuck. He trapped me. He did not know about that night. I'm so stupid!! I continue driving, not responding to every freaking question that he asks.
"When will you stop this silent treatment?" he asks while still laughing his ass off. "Screw you, hun!" i say. "Nope. Chanyeol already screwed you over, nuna. I don't mess with his girl" he says. I cant believe what i heard. "Shut up..Just shut up hunnie" i say and not saying a word until we arrived at the Mall.

Everything is ready and we just wait for Chanyeol to come home. It's sad how Lay and Kyungsoo can't come as they have their own schedules.
"YAA! He's coming!" Baekhyun shouts after peeking from the door. We hear footsteps coming in and the door opens. "SAENGIL CHUKKAHAE CHANYEOLLIE!!" Jongdae shouts and  everyone else start singing happy birthday to him. He looks so tired, but utterly beautiful. I'm so lucky to know someone like him. "Aigooo thank you my family!" Chanyeol says and gives hug to everyone of us. Then he stops in front of me. Awkward moments.
He smiles brightly and pulls me close. "Thank you for being part of the family" he says quietly.
Then i realize someone is missing. Kim Jongin. He's not here with us.

I'm now laying on the couch with my hand being held by Sehun. I'm actually kinda pissed for being forbid to drink a single drop of alcohol. I put my puppy eyes to Sehun, ready to persuade him. "Stop it, nuna. You're not drinking." he says firmly. "YA! What is wrong with you guys? I can handle alcohol!!" i shouts. Kai, Jongdae, Xiumin and Kyungsoo stares at me. "Let her drink, Sehunie. She'll be alright" says the hard drinker, Kim Minseok. He's the only one okay with the thoughts of me drinking tonight. "She just got well. I don't want to see her sick ever again" Sehun pouts. Ugh big baby. "I won't die, you know" i tease. "But i will. I will not let you hurting yourself ever again" the b-day boy says behind me and Sehun. Why is Chanyeol being like this? I can see Jongdae, Sehun and now Baekhyun beaming ear to ear. I really hate them! I just give them eye-roll and head upstairs. "Good night princess" Jongdae teases and laughs.

As i'm on the fifth chapter on It Ends With Us, someone knocks on my door. I let them come into my room and quite surprised seeing Kai in his satin pajama walking towards me. I smile at him and he sits next to me, on my bed.
"How are you? Are you doing well?" i ask happily. He smiles. "I'm doing well with you here" he says. I just laugh knowing he always made that kind of joke. "By the way, is something happened? Why didn't i see you downstairs?" i ask. Kai close the gap between us and now our legs are intertwined. "Can i lean on you?" he asks. "Nini-ya! Stop changing the topic" i say annoyed. Kai leans his head on my shoulder. "Well, something was going on with me and Chanyeol. We're fine now. Don't worry about us" he says softly. It's weird considering what Sehun told me this morning.

"Can't i sleep here?" he asks. I can feel his breath in on my neck. Damn Jongin. "What? Are you drunk?" i ask jokingly. "No, but i hope you are. At least i'll know your true feelings" Jongin said. I move away from him. "Sleep now. You're definitely drunk" i say, gesturing him to get out of my room. He smiles and says "I really like you, Bethany. No matter what you do, i can't help myself not to like you". Then he closes the door.

Did he just call me Bethany?
How the heck does he know my real name?
