Malia's POV

I held Rebekah's hand close to me, rubbing small circles onto the top of her hand. "Don't be nervous."

Rebekah looked at me and grinned. "Me, nervous? Please. It's just your friends."

I looked at Rebekah and pouted. "Our friends."

Rebekah sighed but nodded her head. I knew that it was hard for her, accepting my friends as hers, especially with their past. Since none of them really got along before I came along, I wanted to make sure that there wouldn't be any more 'rivals' or 'enemies.' There is no reason for that, although it is rough with Elena being with Damon now. I can see just how much it hurts Stefan, even though no one else seems to notice or care.

Rebekah cleared her throat, forcing me out of my thoughts. "Malia, are you okay?"

I smiled at her. "I'm with you and my family now, of course, I'm okay."

She smiled and kissed my cheek. "You ready to go?"

I looked between her and Stefan who had just entered the room. "Where to?"

Stefan grinned and put his hands up. "I can't tell you that, Malia."

I pouted and looked at Rebekah, batting my eyes. "Babe, where are we going?"

She chuckled and kissed my pouty lip. "It's a surprise."

I gasped and then grinned. "For us?"

She sighed and playfully rolled her eyes. "You could say that, I suppose."

I grinned more and grabbed her hand, walking towards the front door. I managed to grab Stefan's hand as well. "Oh, Stefan, we need to talk later on."

Stefan looked at Rebekah who shrugged and he nodded his head. "Okay, now get in the car before we're late."

I got in and put my seatbelt on, Rebekah sliding in on the other side. I smiled and held her hand, kissing her knuckles. "Rebekah..."

She smiled at me and put her arm around me. "I know, I love you too."

Stefan smiled as he looked at us. "I'm glad that you are happy, Malia. You deserve it."

I smiled and looked at Rebekah. The sun was hitting her face and she looked like an angel. Her face was glowing. I literally lost my breath, she was absolutely stunning. No one was as beautiful as my blonde gorgeous girl. "I'm glad too, Rebekah means the world to me."

I saw Rebekah's cheeks turn a dark red and grinned. I loved embarrassing her. "Malia, stop."

I giggled and crawled in Rebekah's lap. I wrapped my arms around her neck and placed a kiss on her forehead. "Mm, I rather not honestly. I like when you blush, it's cute."

Rebekah blushed more. "Malia, we're with your brother."

I smirked and kissed down her neck, leaving a small trail of hickeys. She bit her bottom lip, holding back her moan. I grinned, happy with my work and I went back to my seat, earning a pout from Rebekah. She looked at me, lust in her eyes and I knew I was in trouble. She pushed me back lightly against the seat and crawled in my lap, kissing me eagerly. I put my hands on her hips and kissed her back. We got interrupted by Stefan clearing his throat. "As much as I'm glad for you two, I don't want to see you jumping each other."

I blushed and hid my face in Rebekah's neck. I completely forgot we were with him for a little bit. When I'm with Rebekah, my surroundings escape me and at that moment, it's just me and her, no one or nothing else matters.  "Sorry, Stefan."

Rebekah sat up and smirked at me, giving me a small wink. I blushed even more and hid my face in my hands. I couldn't believe that we did that in front of him. "Ladies, we're here."

I looked outside and saw we were at the grill. I smiled and jumped out of the car, waiting for Rebekah. I tapped my foot impatiently. "Rebekah, hurry up!"

Rebekah laughed and got out of the car, walking over to me and holding my hand. I smiled and we walked in the grill together and I was surprised by what I saw. All my friends were here, Kol and Elijah too. Tears were swelling in my eyes as I walked up to Caroline and Bonnie, hugging them both tightly. They both hugged me back tighter and whispered about how much they had missed me. I told them how much I had missed them too then made my way to Kol. "Ah, little blue, I missed you!"

I smiled and hugged Kol, laughing as he picked me up and spun me around. "I missed you too!"

Kol grinned, satisfied with my answer, he put me down and kissed my head. "Go see Elijah, then we are getting this party started!"

I smiled and ran over to Elijah who was talking with Rebekah, mostly scolding her for running off with me. My smile faded and I grabbed Rebekah's hand. She looked at me and gave me a weak smile. I cleared my throat, I'm not going to let anyone bring Rebekah down, especially on my account. "Excuse me, Elijah. Rebekah has done nothing but protect and loved me, more than I can say for that pathetic brother of yours. If you want to scold someone about leaving, here I am. Don't you dare go off on Rebekah for her doing something that I asked from her, got it? I asked her to run away with me and honestly, I'd do it all over again because while we were away, I had peace, I was finally happy with someone that I care so much about. She's my world and you and your brother will not ruin what I have, got it? Because I can gladly disappear again."

Elijah looked at me shocked. "Malia Rosette, that is not wise of you."

I growled lowly. "Elijah Mikaelson, I am not a child, don't speak to me as if I am."

Elijah put his hands up in defeat. "Okay, I'm sorry. I'm glad you're home, Malia. You too, Rebekah."

Rebekah didn't say anything so I pulled her away and caressed her cheek, causing her to look up at me.  "Babe, are you okay?"

She looked sad, tears swelling in her eyes as she hugged me tightly. She buried her face in my neck and sniffled. I'll admit, this is not the home welcoming that I was expecting.
