We are the colors of the sunset; emerging orange, yellow, and golden hues together, forming a collision until the dusk spoke, marking the night sky in wintry splendor.
It's almost dark, the sun is about to go down, yet I'm still here at Savior's front yard, painting the sunflowers and their illuminating mist.
Savior was beside me as I focused on finishing my artwork. After watering his garden, he sat next to me again, attentive to my art and movements.
I made sure to create the details perfectly, etching every part and entity. My heart was beating wildly as I defined my subject, Savior's stares were too intense, he's too attentive to my work... and sometimes to me too... I could feel his sunlike eyes in my bones.
"I wish I knew how to illustrate, too..." he murmured beside me.
I stopped for a while to look at him. I caught him pouting as he looked at my drawing; there was envy and admiration in his eyes.
Then the universe stopped rotating when his eyes met mine. My breath hitched but I couldn't look away.
"Too bad I suck at art. Psh." He pouted. "I wanted to make a portrait of you."
My eyebrows shot up at that, same as my heart stopping because of his astral stares and words. He looked at me lovingly while his lips curved a bit.
"Your doe eyes. Aquiline nose. Pink plump lips. Delicate skin..." he said softly. "I wish I could create a tribute for your beauty."
I couldn't endure the flames inside my heart. His words were scorching me into the brim... and I'll happily let him. Always.
"Your beauty transcends art, Sunshine." He smiled and the stars began to fall, same as how my soul fell for him, much deeper; more alive and celestial.
