Chapter 6

Mitch laid on his back on the couch in living room. He lazily scrolled through twitter at 6:30 am in the morning unable to sleep.

Kirstie emerged from the guest bedroom wearing one of Scott's over sized tshirts and a pair of Mitch's sweatpants that oddly fit. Yeesh, that dude was small.

"Hey Kk." Mitch said, laying his phone down on his chest.

"Hey Mitch," Kirstie yawned. "I've never seen you up this early."

"I know," Mitch groaned. "I want to sleep but I can't."

"Where's Scott?" Mitch pulled his feet up so Kirstie could sit down.

"Getting coffee." Kirstie raised an eyebrow at Mitch.

"At-" she looked at her phone for the time- "6:45 in the morning?"

"Yep, actually this is the third coffee run he's done for me this morning." Mitch said.

"Third? How the heck did you get him out of bed the first time?" Kirstie asked.

"Easy," Mitch shrugged. "I had to whine for like ten minutes before he got up." He smiled as Kirstie laughed.

A few minutes later the door opened and in walked a sleep-deprived Scott.

"Thanks baby." Mitch smiled and moved into a sitting position, taking his coffee.

"You're lucky I love you." Scott said, looking rather annoyed. "Hey Kk." He said sitting in between Mitch and Kirstie.

"Hey Scotty." She replied, getting up and stretching. "You two stay put." She told them as she made her way to the kitchen.

Mitch laid back down. "Wasn't planning on moving anyway." He called to her. Scott chuckled, putting the small tenors feet on his lap.

Thirty minutes later Kirstie came back out of the kitchen holding three plates of food. She made french toast, eggs, and bacon.

"Awe, thanks Kk, but you didn't have to do this." Mitch said as she handed him his plate. Scott already started eating.

"I know but I wanted to. I will be living here for almost a year though, so why not?" She smiled.

"Dang baby, slow down." Mitch laughed. Scott was already half way through when Kirstie and Mitch started eating.

Later that day the trio heading to practice in Scott's car. "Hey guys after rehearsal I'm gonna head over to my apartment to get some clothes." Kirstie told them.

"And by some, you mean your whole closet." Mitch said, turning his head to look at her. Kirstie rolled her eyes.

"No, I'm mean half my closet. All of my clothes can't fit in my suitcase." She said. It was Mitch's turn to roll his eyes.

"Wow, kirstie." He laughed and turned back around.

Mitch fell asleep on the couch in the empty apartment. Scott started behind to talk with their manager, so Avi and Kevin dropped Mitch and Kirstie off. Kirstie left to get clothes from her place and Mitch was left alone.

Coincidentally, Scott and Kirstie arrived at the apartment building at the same time and parked right next to each other.

"Well this is weird." Kirstie said as they climbed out of their cars.

"Yep." Scott said and they both started laughing. When they reached the door to Scomiche's apartment Scott unlocked the door.

"Aww," Kirstie whispered. "Mitch looks so cute asleep!" Scott smiled.

"Wanna scare him awake?" He asked Kirstie and she smiled.

"Ok." She smiled devilishly. They made their way on either side of Mitch's sleeping figure. Kirstie stood behind the couch and Scott stood right next to Mitch, across from Kirstie. They leaned over and put their faces right above Mitch's.

"Wake up!!!" They screamed and jumped back as Mitch shot up. Scott and Kirstie laughed and Mitch rolled his eyes,crossing his arms over his chest. "Very funny," He said. "Asses." He muttered under his breath.

Scott finally stopped laughing and went back over to his annoyed boyfriend. "Sorry." He said. "We couldn't help it."

Mitch moved away from him. "I'm mad at you." Scott and Kirstie looked at each other.

"Come on Mitchie." He said and Mitch shook his head.

"No, I'm mad at you." Mitch stated trying not to smile. Scott stayed quiet for a few seconds before speaking again.

"Ok, guess I won't be able to kiss you then." Mitch turned and looked at him. Kirstie watched quietly as they stared at each other.

"Ohmygosh. Just kiss already!" She exclaimed after a moment, making Scott and Mitch giggle. Mitch wrapped his arms around Scott's neck and leaned up to kiss him.

They heard a camera click and broke away. Mitch turned his head saw Kirstie with her phone out,smiling. He narrowed his eyes at her.

"Hey, it's for the wedding video." She said. Mitch smiled and Scott shrugged turning Mitch to face him.

He gave Mitch one last peck on the lips before sitting on the couch next to him. Kirstie went into the guest bedroom and came back out with her laptop.

"Wedding plans?" She asked with a smile.
