“Namjoon POV*

Yoongi stormed into the room, face taught with stress as he went to put his weapon away.

Something was wrong.

He seemed really off, did the meet up with Haechan go bad?

“What happened Yoongi? Did you get any information from him?” I crossed my arms and raised my eyebrows to the young man who was walking back in the room slowly.

He looked down with furrowed eyebrows, as if he was distracted or something.

“Namjoon I--”

“He killed him.” Hye Won walked in the room now with anger written clearly on her face.

“Shot multiple times in the head and upper body.” Her voice was strained, filled with pain as she kept walking to Yoongi and I realised too late what she was planning to do.

She punched Yoongi, hard, he flew to the side hitting the ground painfully.

“You lied!! Violence was supposed to be the last resort!!” She kicked him in his side and that's when I grabbed her from behind and her pulled her back as Jin ran in front of Yoongi, protecting him.

“Calm down Rebel, let him at least speak first.” I tightened my grip on her and she gave up fighting against me. She fell weak as I held her and she breathed in shakily.

“Taeyong called me...they have the surveillance. You needlessly shot Haechan, and in front of a young girl that loved him more than anything...how can you be so heartless!!?” She was crying in my arms and I released my grip a little, so instead of holding her back, I was hugging her.

She didn't fight back, but grabbed my arm and leaned into me more as her body shook with sorrowful sobs.

“Yes, I shot him. I shot Haechan just like So Hye shot Yoonjeo. Let her have a taste of her own medicine for once.” Yoongi glared at her and wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth.

Jin looked at me and shook his head, he knows we can't fight that. Yoongi had that right after everything we went through.

“I’m sorry Rebel, we're all angry...So Hye hurt us a lot. We need to hurt her back.”  I turned her around and she looked at the ground avoiding my gaze.

I can't take this anymore. The fights, the pain, it needs to stop.

“That's it, Hoseok, get Jungkook here now, I don't care how just get him.” I looked at him straight on and he immediately stood up running out the room with his jacket and keys.

“What are you doing?” Jin stood up and looked me in the eye.

“We're going to end this once and for all.” I grabbed Rebels arms tighter and she looked at me confused.

“And how are we going to do that Namjoon?” Jin came up giving me a confused look as well.

“We're going to use Rebel as a hostage, If she really is So Hye’s right hand, then she must want her back, alive.” Rebels eyes widened and she shook her head.

“No...So Hye won't fall for that, she treats us without care, she wouldn't even look twice if I was dead and she would even probably sacrifice me to get revenge for her son....who would take care of Lily then!?” She stared at me with her big blue eyes and for a second I felt weak, as if she was controlling me just by looking at me with those teary eyes.

“Hye Won, nothing will happen to you. I swear, I will protect you with my life, I just am running out of options and if I can strike some sort of deal with So Hye then you can go free with Lily and we'll be safe. This is the only way.”  I grabbed her hand and stared at her. She has to be on board with this. I'm really running out of options now.

“Fine, just do one thing for me. I have a safe house, a little bit out of Seoul...can you take Lily there, until this deal is done.” She stood straight and her eyes had that passion that I knew she wasn't going to back down.

“Okay. We'll take your daughter to safety."

And with that we mobilised. We finally made a move...

Little did I know something would happen, something that would change all of us and this battle.

Something that was pure and innocent.
