Chapter 10: Like A Dream

3rd person pov

Y/n had listened to everyone tell her stories about when she was in Fairy Tail. Now she's listening to another story. "And you kicked Natsu because he saw you without a shirt on." Gray laughed remembering the past. "That was way before you started dating Natsu." Erza added taking a sip of her tea. Y/n leaned on her hand still listening to Gray and Erza tell her about past. She didn't have the slightest idea of her past. She felt like a whole new person trying to remember someone else's memories. Y/n turned her head to the side to see Natsu sitting with Happy, Lucy, Wendy, and Carla. She let out a soft sigh and stood up. Gray and Erza quit talking and watched Y/n walk out of the guild.

"Why did Y/n leave?" Wendy asks the two. Gray shrugs while Erza stared at the door. "You think we're trying too much to help her remember?" Lucy asked this time turning back to the sad Natsu in front of her. "Of course. Would it pain you knowing that your a different person and everyone is trying to help make you remember." Carla spoke looking down at her tea. Happy looked down at his fish and set it to the side. "There have to be some way to get Y/n's memories back.."

Y/n walked around Magnolia quietly. There was something about this town that Y/n knows but don't remember. She looked down at her hands. Lucy told Y/n about her Dragon Slayer magic. She tried focusing on what Lucy told her. Y/n watched and a little spark lit up startling her. She took a step back and bumping into someone causing them and herself to fall backwards. "I-I-I'm so sorry I didn't know someone was-" Y/n paused while the man was scratching the back of his neck and chuckled nervously, "Hahah, nice to see you too Y/n." Y/n's eyes widen, "Axel?" Axel nodded.

"Here let me help you up." Axel held his hand out for Y/n. Y/n took his hand and Axel helped her up. 'His hand is cold. Why do I feel like this is wrong?' She thought while pulling her hand away. "Hm, you okay Y/n?" Axel asked seeing her confused face. Y/n shook her head and giving him a smile, "Yeah I'm okay. I got to go. See you some other time." Y/n walked past Axel looking at her hand. "Natsu! You can't go on a job now! What if something happens to Y/n while you're gone?!?" Y/n looked up to see Lucy and Happy trying to stop Natsu from leaving Magnolia. Natsu's eyes was covered by his hair. Y/n walked over to them without thinking and grabbed Natsu's wrist. Natsu looked over to see Y/n bringing his hand up and hold it with her other hand. Lucy and Happy watched surprised. 'His hand is warm. Why does this feel right?' Y/n tilted her head a bit and looked up to see Natsu, Lucy, and Happy watching her. Her face started to heat up and she quickly pulled her hand away. "I-I-I just had feeling and w-wanted to see." Y/n said backing away waving her hands in front of her. She turned around and ran up the street.

"Natsu.. I thinking she's starting to remember.." Happy said and Natsu took off running towards the guild. "H-hey! Wait for us!" Lucy yelled running after him with Happy flying beside her. "Do you really think Y/n is getting her memories?" Lucy asked while turning her head to the side to look at him. "Well just now she was almost acting like herself." Happy said sounding a little happy about this. Lucy smiled a bit and looked forward.

Natsu pushed the guild doors open. Everyone looked his way. "Lucy finally convinced you not to go?" Gray asked leanig back in his seat to get a look at Natsu. Natsu walked past him looking for Y/n. "Did anyone see Y/n come running into the guild?" Everyone shook their heads no. "Why? Did something happen to her?" Wendy asked concerned. "We think Y/n might be getting some of her memories back." Lucy told everyone. Everyone gasped. Erza stood up, "I need everyone to search for Y/n. Go to every place Y/n might have gone too." Everyone nodded and form groups.

Natsu was about to walk out when a hand grabbed his wrist. He turned to find Mira holding something. "I found something that might help Y/n. I record her when she sang that one song when you two were kids. I also found this potion. You just have to get her to drink it." Mira handed Natsu the potion and the little recorder box. "Thanks Mira. I will play the song and get her to drink this." He said and turned away. "Wait Natsu you didn't let finish telling you that you will have to kiss her after she drinks the potion." But Natsu didn't hear Mira. He was out the door.
