Chapter 2: Mission

(Y/n) pov

I was making my way to Fairy Tail with Hope in my arms. I smile to everyone I pass. I stop when I saw two little kids playing. A little girl and boy. Sister and brother. The little girl reminds me of Jane. So caring and cheerful. "(Y/n)? You okay?" I was pulled out of my thoughts by Hope.

I nod my head and continue to Fairy Tail. Snuggling Hope closer. I felt a small arms wrap around my legs. I look down to see the little girl and boy. The little girl looks up to me, "You look so sad." I smile and pat her head. The little boy gave me a red flower. "Arigato!" I took the flower and the two kids skip off.

I open the doors to Fairy Tail. Only to see a flying table. I drop down and the table crash behind me. I jump up and dusted myself off. Hope flow off something in the guild. Maybe with Happy?

I see Natsu and Gray fighting like usually. I walk over to Mira at the bar. "Good morning (Y/n)!" Mira greeted me with her bright smile. I gladly return the smile. "Hey (Y/n)!" I turn to Lucy behind me waving. "Hi Lucy!" I gave her my close eyes smile.

"Do you want to go on a mission with me?" Lucy asks. "Sure, why not." We walk over to the request board for any good jobs. "Have bout this one?" Lucy hands me a request.

Help needed! A wizard have been terrorizing our small town for weeks. We offer 500,000€ jewels to have him gone.

I nod my head. Lucy smiles. I walk over to Mira and show her the request. She nods. "Come on Lucy." I wave at Lucy. I felt Hope land on my head. "Are we going on a mission already?" She asks. "Yes, and Lucy is coming with us." I answer Hope. I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turn around to see Natsu.

"Can I come, please?" Natsu begs with puppy eyes. I nod my head. He jumps up and down. "Come on Happy! We are going on a mission with (Y/n) and Luce!" Natsu ran out of the guild with Happy flying close behind.

We all met at the train station. I got our tickets and got on the train. Natsu sat by the window, well more like hanging out. I lean my head back and close my eyes.

I felt someone shake me lightly. I open my eyes to Natsu. We got off the train and walk the rest of the way to the town. We came to a sign that's says, 'Welcome to Mountain Side.' The town is actually on a mountain side.

We walk to the clients house. I knock lightly. The door open to reveal a man around his 30's. "Hello sir, we are Fairy Tail wizards that accepted your request!" I cheerfully smile. "Oh yes! Please, come in." He moves aside and we walk inside. We sit on a couch across from the client in a chair. A woman walked into the room and sat on the arm of the chair with the man.

"I'm James Henry. We have been having this wizard come and terrorize our small town. He should be coming any time now." James told us. We nod and took our leave. We walk down the streets trying to find this wizard.

I felt this strange yet strong magic zip by me. "We meet again~" I heard someone whisper in my ear. I whip my head around to find no one. "You okay, (Y/n)?" Lucy asks looking concerned. "Do you feel strange magic?" I ask hoping they feel it too. They shook their heads no.

Then I felt a presence behind me. Shivers went down my spine. I slowly turn around and my eyes widen. "Hello dear~" he smirk. No! It can't be him! It can't be!

I stood frozen in my spot. "(Y/n)?" I heard a very concerned Natsu. "Who are you?!" Natsu yelled at father. All father did was chuckle. "I'm not surprise (Y/n). You grow into a very beautiful woman. Got your mother's figure~" he smirk.

"I will make this easier for you." He holds his arms out, "You hit me once... and I will leave." My hand lit up with a golden glow. My feet by themselves. I didn't have control of my body.

Then suddenly my body whip around and punch Natsu. "Hey?! What was that for?!" Natsu ask rubbing his cheek. Tears start falling down my face. "I-I didn't do it.... I don't have control." My feet takes me backwards towards him.
