See Ive been feeling these things
I don't wanna call it love
I don't think Ive felt that before
But I do fall
I fall for people fast and hard
Well that's not the correct terminology
I guess you could say a fall at maximum velocity
And this time I fell for you like a car off a cliff
Not beautiful or gentle
But dangerous and fast
One that will cause a mess when it his the floor
But we're not there yet so let's not talk about the disaster before it happens
Let's not plan how we will put our car crash pieces back together
Let's just fall for as long as it takes
And Ik when it's all over it will feel like I fell in a second and then got totalled
But for right now I feel like a feather
Falling from you're fingertips
I feel like this fall could last forever
I'm hoping that it does so I can gaze into your hazel eyes
For the millisecond that feels like years
So I can hold you for a moment that's actually months
So I can catch you're tears and watch them roll down my finger in slow motion
Savouring the piece of you're DNA given to me though pure trust
And in that moment for that singular moment in time forgetThe chaos to come
