It was the day of Trevor's cousin's wedding which was in two hours. Trevor and Layla were in their suite as getting ready.

Since they were only five minutes away Trevor took his time getting ready. Trevor was standing by the bathroom mirror that was outside of the bathroom shaving his face he was was shirtless and wearing red boxers.

Through the mirror reflection he seen Layla who was sitting on the brown couch in a wearing a pink dress with stood out against her ebony skin.

Trevor noticed she was was looking at him as soon as she seen him look at her through the reflection she went back to looking at her phone again.

Trevor took a quick glance at her as he finished shaving and was starting to get dressed.

Even though they were in separate beds it felt weird to Trevor who called the lodge at the last minute to switch him to a two bedroom instead of a one bedroom. He didn't want Layla to be in a room by herself and somebody else finds her.

As Trevor was adjusting his red tie around his neck he was wearing a black tuxedo his phone started ringing.

He saw that it was his assistant Andrea was calling him she has been calling him for most of the weekend.

He rolled his eyes as he pressed the red button and sent her to voicemail. He looked over at Layla who was on her phone and tapping her thumb on the home button her phone.

"What are doing?" he asked her.

She looked up at Trevor
"This fingerprint thing wont work on my phone she said.

"Did you keep your thumb pressed against it?" he asked.

Layla nodded.

"Let me try." Trevor said to Layla.

She handed him her phone he pressed thumb and had no issue as the phone picked it up.

He looked at the screen then handed it to Layla she tried again.

"I think its broken she told him.

It took no time as Trevor realized something.

"Can I see your hand?" he asked hoping he didn't sound weird.

She gave him a look but handed him hair hand.

As he held her hand he noticed how small and dainty her hands were.
He turned her hand over and looked at the palm of her hand and then he saw that fingertips were smooth she didn't have any fingerprints. He a surprised look on his face.

"What's wrong?" Layla asked him sounding concerned.

He looked at her

"It's the phone something is wrong with it." he said to her.

"I knew it had to be the phone." she said.

Trevor figured it was best not to tell Layla that she had no fingerprints since she was still adjusting and didn't want her to feel out of place. After that they got up and Trevor got his keys and they exited out of the room walked out of the lodge got in the his car and they drove off to the wedding.

When they arrived to the outdoor style wedding where everything was mostly white flowers, Chairs and tables it was really beautiful. Layla's eyes were filled with wonder as they walked through a walkway that had white flowers over them hanging from the trees.

They were led to a a group of white chairs in the second row. As they sat down other family members begin to show up the sky was starting to set orange tones filled were painted onto the fading blue sky.

Trevor looked around at the scenery it was nice but simple which was really surprise the Evens family was not a "Simple family" but Dylan's soon to be wife Tiffney must have been worth the change Trevor only meet her a couple of times but she seemed like a good woman.

As the wedding started Dylan was standing at the altar in a black tuxedo and a black tie next to the pastor. Everyone had their eyes on Tiffney as she walked by in a long pretty white dress while light music was playing her long blonde hair was flowing down her back.

Trevor looked over at Layla who was sitting beside him but her eyes was facing straight ahead. As Dylan and Tiffney were standing in front of each other as the pastor was reading their vows Trevor thought about what the conversation him and Dylan had.

Dylan was standing in the middle of his room looking at the full length mirror adjusting his tie Trevor was sitting on his bed watching him.

"I can't believe your actual married after so many years." Trevor said.

"Well I'm not getting any younger and I never thought I would be getting married at thrity years old." Dylan said.

"You must really love her Trevor." said.

"I do." Dylan said with a smile on his face while looking at himself in the mirror.

"Save that for your wedding Trevor said.

They both stared laughing.
After the laughter faded Dylan became serious.

"What about you?' he asked Trevor.

"What about me?" Trevor said.

"When are you going to settle down?" Dylan asked.

Trevor shrugged.

"Honestly I don't think it's for me." he said

"Are you still hurt about Vanessa?" Dylan asked as he looked at Trevor.

Trevor shook his head

"I'm over that bitch that was three years ago." He told Dylan.

Trevor was brought back into reality as he heard cheering and seen Dylan and Tiffney kissed each other.
