Andrea and Alice were walking back into their old now lifeless home since Mike was killed in Trevor's apartment.
No charges were pressed on him due to the fact he had good lawyers and Mike started the altercation by throwing the first punch his murder was ruled out as self-defense.
Andrea and Alice were both wearing black dresses as they just got home that afternoon after Mike's funeral outside of the city. Alice said nothing as tears ran down her face and she ran upstairs to her room. Andrea just walked around the house filled with guilt that she was the reason her husband was killed by the guy she had a meaningless affair with.

was a white old style building after Andre's dad died her mom Dorris was sent there since she can no longer care for herself due to her bad hip.
She was in her small room sitting in a green sofa chair by the window where the sun was shining into her room. A young female with long dark hair and in pink scrubs came up to her holding a glass of water.
"It's after two in the afternoon time to take your pills."she said handing her the glass of water.
Dorris sat the glass of water down as he grabbed an orange pill bottle out of her black purse that was sitting on the side of the bed.
The nurse watched as she took the bitter pill into her mouth followed by the warm water. She made a face as she handed the glass to the nurse and opened her mouth holding her tongue up to the nurse could look in her mouth to verify she took her pill. After that, the nurse exited the room.
Dorris wanted to get that nasty taste out of her mouth so she grabbed a fruit punch drink powder packet out of her purse grabbed a spoon and start mixing it into the water. Then she sat the cup on the table next to her when she tried to reach for her bible she accidentally knocks the cup over on a stack of her Stars Magazine.
"Damn it." she muttered.
She got up and started wiping the spilled drink up when she picked up one of her Magazines she looked at the front cover and seen a picture of Trevor and Layla standing together and smiling The caption read

Dorris eyes kept looking at Layla in the picture who was smiling she instantly felt a bad feeling in her stomach.
Andrea was standing looking out of the kitchen window her expression was vacant when she heard her phone ring from the living room she walked in and picked up her phone off the grey couch it was her mom.
"Hello," she said in her bravest voice.
"Do you still have that doll you were given on your tenth birthday?" Her mom asked with urgency in her voice.
"No Alice lost it..why?" Andrea asked in an annoyed tone.
"You need to find her." Dorris said.
Andrea rolled her eyes.
"Mom.."
"Listen to me Andrea you need to find that doll or things will happen"
"What do you mean?" Andrea asked wanting to know more.
"There was a reason she stayed in the box." her mom told her.
"Why? Andrea asked.
"She's not made to be in the real world and things happen to the people who remove her from the box.
Andrea was filled with confusion.
"Mom what do you..."
Her mom was talking to someone in the background.
"I got to go, baby, these pills are kicking in."
She said.
"Ok mom call me back." Andrea told her.
After she got off the phone she went to check on Alice she walked up the stairs and cracked the door to her daughter's room she was laying in her bed with her back to her. She quietly closed the door. Then walked into her bedroom and sat on the now empty bed.
She went to her closet and went through an old box with pictures and found one of her from her tenth birthday she had her hair in pigtails and was smiling as she sat in the middle of her parents holding the doll.
Then her eyes caught a glimpse of the box the doll was in the picture and seen the words Layla written in yellow letters.
Her eyes grew wide as she started to realize that Layla was closer than she thought.
