Mel and Chris's Big decision

First day back

Hey, guys, this is my second story by first story writing Melwood. I hope you enjoy, go read my Supergirl story, not the life I intended.

Mel 

Chris and I have just come back from our first table read of supergirl season 4, and we are going what that fans want but I'm not sure it's what I want in life. I know I've always wanted to family, but how will it work, will I get criticism from fans.

Chris noticed that I was just sitting in bed while he came out from the bathroom.

"You ok?" He asked

"Um yeah, just thinking and taking in the script that we just got," I said

"Yeah. What do you think?" He questioned

"I like it," I said with a smile.

"Mel come on what's really wrong," He asked me

"What do you think about starting a family?" I asked

"Mel, you not?" He questioned.

"Oh no I'm not, I'm just thinking of what would happen if I would get pregnant, I mean we both want a family, just .." I said rambling.

"Mel, do you want a family ?" Chris asked me. I nodded with a slight smile.

"Well how about we think about it, but we aren't getting younger," Chris said with a small laugh, making me laugh.

"What else is on your mind?" He asked me, pushing a strand of my hair away from my face.

"I'm worried what people are going to think, are they going to dump their child with a Nannie, and not give them any attention," Mel said starting to ramble.

"What do you want to do? " He asked her

"I want to be there for my child, I want them to have a normal childhood and parents that are always there for them," Mel said to Chris looking at him.

"And we will be there for them" Chris replied looking at her, giving her a kiss snuggling into each other as they both went off to sleep, ready for the next day, they would be working with children of Kara and Mon-el's this would be a test for them.

The next day the two arrived at work, and went straight to their trailer, they noticed a new trailer next to theirs. It had written Alura Danvers-Mathews. The two smiled, that they were finally going to meet the young girl who was to play their daughter.

"Ok, everyone this is young Olivia, she is playing Alura, Melissa, Chris did you want to take Olivia and show her around the set, while we get some other scenes started. Melissa and Chris nodded and, ushered Oliver in front of them taker her around the set.

"So Olivia what do you like to do in your free time ?" Chris's asked she didn't respond Mel cane down to her level, "are you shy?" Mel asked Olivia, she nodded "well you don't need to be shy, we don't bite," Mel said making Olivia chuckle a little.

"How about you and me go to makeup and hair, and you can tell me a little about your self," Mel asked she nodded. Mel held out her hand. Olivia cautiously grabbed it while Chris gave Mel a kiss going to their trailer to get ready himself.

"So Olivia, do you have any pets?" Mel asked Olivia, she nodded. "It is a big or a girl," Mel asked

"Girl. Her name is daisy" Olivia said with a slight smile.

"I have a dog, her name is Farley, and Chris's dog is called drift," Mel said

"My dog is an" Olivia started but couldn't finish because there was a knock at the door. 'Come in" I say, and In came a dog and a lady. "Hi I'm Amy, I'm Olivia's aid and this is her emotional support animal Daisy," Amy said.
