Mel and Chris's Big decision

Hey, supervalorians, I'm updating a little earlier I hope you enjoy this chapter and like the name. this Chapter is short. Note the next couple of chapters are going to be a little depressing,  due to its related to postnatal depression.   enjoy.

Mel's POV

I nod my head, and look over at Chris he smiled "Levi Charles Wood" I said smiling, nurse nodded jotting it down as I held Levi in my arms, Chris kissed my forehead and then kissed Levi's, He held out his Arms and as I gave him Levi. I watched Chris as he held our son in his arms. "We will take your baby, into your room and get you there too," One of the nurse's said as the took the baby off Chris and putting him into an incubator. I was wheeled outing taken into my room and put into a fresh bed, while Chris was Calling his mum and our daughters.

I was in my room waiting for Chris so he could help me have a shower since I didn't really want my midwife to help me have a shower. "Hey, Mum and the girls are on their way," he said giving me a kiss on the lips. "Ok, but can I have a shower I feel icky," I say with a laugh. "Sure" he replied hoping me out off the bed and into the shower, putting it on to the right temperature and sitting me down on the seat while she grabbed me a spare set of clothes.

Chris came back in see me still sitting on the chair. "Can you help me up" I asked him, he nodded holding my hand and helping me up. "Hey whats wrong?" Chris asked me "Can you please hande the towel?" I say. "Mel," he says. I sigh. "Do I look?" I ask "of course not you beautiful Mel, you just had a baby, and your look so beautiful," He tells me handing me the towel and giving me a peck on the lips. I smile slightly. "Come on you need some rest before the girls come," Chris told me, I nodded as I walked over to the bed with him helping me up and sliding on the edge himself getting some rest before the girls come.

Chris's POV

Mel had been asleep for an hour and a half and the girls and mum where in the room looking over their brother and grandson, I told them they had to be quiet and couldn't hold him until Melissa was awake. Levi starts to Cry while he was in his incubator waking Melissa up, she stirred rubbing her eyes. "Mummy" Beth and Olivia called out, asking Mel jump. "girls," I said. I helped Melissa stir up, picking up Levi handing him to her. "can we jump up on the bed?" Beth asked. Melissa nodded I helped them up on the bed, while Mum came round to the other side. "Whats his name?" Olivia asked "Levi Charles wood," I said, looking up at my mum. She smiled at the fact that we made Levi's middle name in honor of my father and well my middle name. Placing her hand on her heart, I walked over to her going her a kiss on the head. "He would be gushing over him right now," Marissa said. "He looks so much like you," Melissa said as the two girls looked at him gave him kisses. "Get in there Chris let me take a photo," Mum said. Mum took a few photos of us all. Me Levi and Mel, just Levi and I and the same with the girls, sitting down on one of the seats, I told them to hold out their arms, placing hi in-between the girls, and getting mum to take a photo of the three kids.

I walked over to Mel, giving her a kiss. Mum took Levi off the girls placing her back in my arms. I smiling kissing his head, as he opened his eyes again looking at me. "He has your eye," I told me. Bright blue comet-like eyes.

Mel and I stayed in the hospitable for two nights just to make sure that Levi was ok to go home since he was 13 days early. After our first night stay in the hospitable Mel and I decided that it was the right time to let the cast know that we had our baby boy and that they were welcome to come round when we're home to see him, we weren't going to tell them his name because we wanted it to be a surprise.

I helped Melissa off the bed, then picking up Levi posing him to her while I picked up the bag and car seat that mum had brought in when she bought the girls in. As Melissa Carried her out we said goodbye to everyone that helped us. When we got down to the lobby of the hospitable there was cameras and so many people out there. I saw Melissa sigh and go pale. Go sit down I'm gonna bring the car tune to the back" I said. "No I think there is a blanket in there, lets put him in the seat and then we will buckle him in, the seats already in right?" She asked me. I nodded "I did it last night so we are good to go," I told her, she smiled and pecked my lips. We went over to one of the seats and buckled him in, and placing a think blanket over the seat so the flashing lights wouldn't disturb him. We walked out of the hospitable hand in hand without glass and hats on as we didn't really want to be seen and didn't want to release any information about our baby boy. "How come they new?" Mel asked as we got closer to the door going to the hospitable. "Don't know babe," I replied. We walked out and questions started to come at us, we just walked past trying to be careful not to but the car seat. Once we got past the whole lot of people we walked quickly to our car, because Levi was crying. I knew we had to stop because he wanted his mummy. I liked back and they were stilling followed us. "Sit in the back and try and calm him down," I told Melissa, as we got closer to the car. Melissa got in the back with Levi while I put up a black shade on his side of the car. "You ok?" I ask, she nods as she try's to calm Levi down. I run around and jump in the front seat of the car. As I start drive Levi settles down, and I see Mel in the back sleeping with her head against Levi's seat. I chuckle a little and drive around a little before we head home knowing that Mel is very tired. It's been an hour and I think it's about time we head home since I am starting to get a little tired my self.

When pulling into the driveway I look back at Melissa and Levi and they are still sleeping, I take the opportunity before turning the ignition off to snap a photo of the of the two. I smile, turning the ignition off fully and tap On Melissa's leg, babe we are home I say. "Um what?" She said sleepily. I chuckle a little "We're home" I tell her again and open the car door carefully and quietly getting it out and be careful not to slam it too loud. I open Melissa's door quietly so she was able to get out and go to the other side and get Levi while I get the other things from the hospitable.

I opened the door quietly while Melissa was still trying to get Levi out of his seat quietly she wouldn't wake up. As I got through the door, Mel was just coming up the driveway, with Levi In her arm. I made sure that the dogs where outside and the girls were quiet. With the help of mum were able to get Levi in the house and makeshift crib without any hassle.

Mel and I were laying on the couch together almost falling asleep while the girls were sitting quietly watching a movie and mum was reading the newspaper. Melissa stirs a little, I open one of my eyes and see her trying to get out of my grip. I tighten it a little and hear her laugh, I let go and allow her to get up. I open my eyes and see her looking down at Levi's makeshift crib. "Girls," I say waving them over. They get up and come and sit on the couch with me. I see Melissa pick of Levi, and he started to cry. Mel picked him up and started to cry, she rocked him in her arms but he didn't stop crying, she walked away into his nursery.

"Where's mummy going?" Beth asked "I wanna hold Levi," Olivia said "I don't no baby" I replied getting up. Following Melissa.
