She Wolf

*Adriana's POV* 

I sit quietly as I watch the green scenory rush past me, although I can see its every shape, every corner, every twist and turn it makes clearly. To any human it would be a blur but to me it isn't, seeing that I'm a shapeshifter, particularly a werewolf. 'Where's my pack?' You ask... Well they're all dead. I know I say it with no emotion but its because I feel nothing towards them now though I do miss them clearly. They were murdered by a coven of vampires, rogue vampires. Adrian and I fought but upon our father's insistence/last wish, we had to run and leave them. I regret doing it but I couldn't go back on my father's order since he was still the Alpha.

You see I'm not your average werewolf. No. I'm a werewolf with venom... Yes, venom. I was born with it and so was my twin brother, Adrian. My name is Adriana Venom. Oh yes, I know... The ironic contrast between our surname, Venom, and the venom in our blood... Tell me something I don't know.

Being a werewolf is a small thing. Being the only female werewolf in the clan is another thing. Being a werewolf with venom is a big thing. But being an Alpha as well... well that is a much more greater thing.

My brother and I both posses venom. This venom is stronger than that of vampires and can kill you very slowly, causing you excruciating pain. With the venom comes extra "abilities", as our father, Chris, put it. We never knew our mother, she died when we were a year old. Father used to say that Adrian looked like her, with his/her light brown hair and blue eyes. I on the other hand look alot like Father, with my dark brown hair and grey eyes. I also have natural red streaks but that came due to me being Alpha.

In our clan, it is common for the Alpha to have highlights/streaks in their hair which as natural. My father had them also, dark brown hair with blue highlights. And so did his elder brother, Mathew with dark brown hair and light brown highlights. The both had an equal amount of alpha blood in their system thus allowing both of them to become Alpha. They both had their own clans but they always kept in touch.

Uncle Mathew has a son by the name of Ryan. Ryan looks like his father, with his light brown hair and blue eyes. He also has alpha blood running through his veins, just like Adrian and I, however it is not as much as ours. I have the most amount of alpha blood. If I were to die, the new Alpha would be Adrian and if he were to die then it would go to Ryan. Ryan has venom like we do but he doesn't have extra "abilities" like us, although he is as strong as us and even a bit faster then us. He just has enough venom to allow him to not age.

With the venom came more power. Adrian has the ability to give life to whoever he wishes, except for me. I on the other hand can cause you death, making you suffer in the most horrible of ways. I can cause it to anyone, except for Adrian. I also developed another ability, due to also being Alpha, that being I can bond to whoever I want and break if I wish. The more I love the person, the stronger the bond. The bond allows me to absorb any type of pain the other has. If they are hurt physically, I also get hurt. If they broke a bone, my bone will also break, however due to my quick healing the pain doesn't last long. The faster I heal, the faster they will. Or I could heal them first, then attend to myself. Yes, if you haven't figured it out, I can heal others. These other two abilities comes when you are Alpha but they are stronger if the Alpha has venom. This meaning that Adrian and Ryan would have it if they were Alpha.

We are currently on our way to La Push, Washington. My great-grandfather lived here and has property here. Father told us to come here. He apparently sent Ryan here. Our grandfather informed us of the wolves in this area when we were small. Our father brought us here once to meet his friend's grandson, Billy Black. Billy was 15 years at that time. Now he must be old and he might have children of his own. Billy's father and grandfather had alpha blood and so did he. With them it is easy to determine who the Alpha is. It is normally the first male child from their bloodline. With us its not so easy. That's where the highlights/streaks come in. Though you would hardly see it if you were human.
