*Adriana's POV *

Everything is silent except for the crackling of the fire which burns a bright redish orange in the centre of our circle. Everyone has their eyes on Billy, waiting for him to bring the night to life with the stories of their ancestors.

"When i was a young boy, in my early teenage years, my grandfather brought a friend of his home. This friend was Adriana's and Adrian's father, Chris Venom, one of the Alpha's of a sacred bloodline known as the Wolfia bloodline. It is a bloodline whereby wolves possessing venom in their system as well as finding female werewolves, are commonly found." He says while looking at everyone briefly before shifting his gaze to the fire. I feel Lee lee glancing at me briefly before looking back at Billy.

"Wolfia Alphas do not necessarily have to be a male, a female is as capable as a male to become an Alpha. And a female Alpha is most likely to be the imprint of another pack's Alpha thus allowing the packs to join as one. The female Alpha shall bare pups, as they call them, who will possess venom in their system as their mother. Their genes are indeed fascinating." I chuckle at this as a very boyish smile spreads over Billy's face.

"Billy when will you stop trying to decode our genes," Adrian teases him.

"Never!" Billy answers boldly causing everyone - and surprisingly Jacob as well- to laugh at his childish ways.

Wait a second... Why was i paying attention to Jacob? Why did i take notice of him actually laughing? Why do i love the way his voice vibrates in his chest as he laughs and-

"Adrianna," Billy calls me, making my many questions scatter and all my focus placed on him, "Would you care to grace us with a little insight on your Wolfia bloodline?"

"Ah Billy, so keen on absorbing all the tiny bits of information you can so as to piece together the secrets of our kind." Adrian says with humor laced in every word.

"Our kind?" Seth speaks up. " Do you mean to say that your Wolfia and our werewolf bloodline aren't from the same root?"

"Who knew Sethy had a brain?" Jared calls out, snickering.

"That's not very nice to say, Jared." Lee Lee says as she glare at him, making him quiet down a bit.

"The Wolfia bloodline is like yours but..." Adrian begins.

"Its not like yours at the same time." I finish off.

"Huh?" Seth says, puzzled as ever like everyone else tuning in.

"You see, Wolfia bloodline isn't something you can make by making different species mate or..." Adrian looks at me expectantly, waiting for me to complete the sentence.

"By mixing blood with venom. Yes, our blood has venom. But that venom is not of a vampire. It is..."

"Stronger and not only gives us extra, specific abilities which ..."

"No species has had or will ever have but it makes us dangerous." I look each one of them in the eye.

Silence settles around us as they all absorb this delicate and quite complicated information. I take this opportunity to quickly move from the place i'm sitting to in between Ryan's legs, on the sand while everyone was deep in thought.

"So wait," Paul says, grabbing everyone's attention by breaking the silence, "You're saying that you three are a whole different new different species? And how in hell's name did you get on the floor?" He asks in bewilderment.

I chuckle slightly at the expression of confusion and surprise plastered on his face. "Well technically we're family by looks however we-" I say but stop myself as a scent I recognize all too well drifts through the air.

I stand abruptly and sniff around me. Everyone looks at me in confusion, even Adrian and Ryan. "Can you smell that?" I ask Adrian.

Adrian sniffs the air a little before his eyes widen and he too bolts up from his seat, detaching himself from Lee Lee. She gasps and quickly stands up along with everyone else. Ryan still looks confused and sniff the air frantically before finally he finds the same scent.

"Is that..." He trails off.

"Indeed." Ian answers.

"But how?" He asks confused.

"There's only one way to find out..." Adrian trails off before they both look at me expectantly for permission.

I scan the darkened trees and see its form moving amongst the shadows. Inhaling deeply, i look at the two of them from the corner of my eye before announcing what they have been waiting to hear since they smelt their scent.

"Fetch." I instruct them. No sooner did the word escape my mouth, they bolted for the trees, laughing a laugh that made all the werewolves behind me shudder in fear.

Leah runs forward but i stop her by latching onto her hand quickly. "I wouldn't do that if i were you." I say in an intimidating sing song voice.

"Leah." Billy calls. "Stand with your brother and don't interfere."

"But-" She tries to protest.

"Leah, don't argue and do as you are told." I command as a little of the Alpha within me seeps out. She bows her head obediently and hurries to stand next to Seth.

"What is it?" Billy asks me as Jacob wheels him to my right.

"They're here..." I whisper. "They're alive..." I say a little louder.

"It couldn't be." Billy gasps. "I thought they were dead after..."

"I thought so too." I turn to face Billy and he looks at me with even more respect than before.

"They found their way home." He smiles at me. "They found their way back to you after all these years. But how?"

"They come one two occasions... Both of which include something big, its either something great will happen or the total opposite." I sigh. " Only time will tell."
