I walked outside and over to Christine, smiling like crazy. I didn't even notice this girl standing next to her car on my side."hi." she said. I focused on her. "oh. hi." I replied, still smiling. she held out her hand." I'm Alexis. " I shook her hand." I'm Arnie. my best friend's name is Alexie. coincidence, huh?" she kept smiling but I'm sure that she thought that I was crazy. I took my keys out of my pocket and started to unlock Christine's door. Alexis came over. "nice car. " she told me. "thank you. " I replied. she touched the hood. "isn't this car that one that played the movie 'Christine' ?" "uh huh." I nodded. she kept smiling at me. "I've always wanted to ride in one. may I?" I pointed to her car." isn't this yours?" I asked. she shook her head. "its not mine. I was actually waiting on a ride so that I can go home but then they called and canceled. " i sighed inwardly. "okay. sure. hop in."
