I don't own the Bayverse movies or the Transformers Prime TV series, I only own my OC's and the plot
As soon as Andy opened her eyes, she knew something was wrong. The ceiling above her was not gray concrete like back in her room at the Base. No, this one was white and cracked, alarming sized chunks of plaster missing from it.
She bolted upright in the uncomfortable thing that could not be described as a bed. The first thing she noticed was that this room was small. Like six feet by 7 small. And she seemed to be sharing it with three other people. Then she noticed what could have once been beautiful flower-printed wallpaper peeling off the walls, exposing the white plaster, that like the ceiling, was missing chunks of it. Under the window, there was a small and old drawer chest pushed up against the wall, each drawer having a piece of masking tap that declared the owner's name on it.
This was definitely not her room. Not the one in her rented apartment, which she had for privacy purposes, and not the one at the Base, where she had fallen asleep last night. The brunette ran a hand through her tangled locks, which she now realized were shorter than when she had fallen asleep. Like a good six inches shorter.
Her throat clogged and she choked on what could have been a scream. This had to be a dream, right? right? She couldn't have suddenly been put back in an orphanage. She was twenty-three for Primus' sake!
Andy took a deep breath and climbed out of the bed she had woken up in. Once she was standing, she realized that she was shorter then she had been when she went to sleep, at least by a couple of inches. She also noticed that she had, in fact, retained her heavy, metal made cuffs. That was a small relief.
Breathing in and out slowly, she edged across the room to the dresser and opened the drawer with her name on it. It was filled with tank tops, skinny jeans, beanies and other items of clothing one would think an emo girl would wear. Oh, she knew exactly how old she was now, even without a mirror. She was sixteen again. Oh, joy...
She quickly pulled out an ensemble of items, not really caring how she looked. All she needed was something comfortable and easy to work in. Oh, how she missed her camo, military style pants. She quickly pulled on the random pieces of clothing she chose. She even pulled on one of the many beanies in the drawer for old times sake, besides she sorta missed wearing one but it didn't really go with her military-style clothing and it would just keep falling off and getting in the way of her work.
While she dressed she noticed a couple of things. For instance, the wrecker logo tattoo on the left side of her abdomen was missing, something she will have to fix, soon. She also noticed that her tool belt, which was filled with gadgets and tools was in the drawers, was still there which made her grin. She clipped the belt around her waist and almost felt at home now, well except, ya know the obvious location and age swap. There were also two bags at the foot of the bed she had woken up in. She blinked, recognizing the bags. One was a black and gray backpack and the other was a camo patterned duffel bag. They were filled with her inventions, some larger tool, and her 'nutrition packets'.
