Being adopted on a Friday had its perks.

For example, it gave you two days to get used to your new family before you were thrown back into the screwed up education because you were sixteen again and your adopted parents have no clue that you had already graduated high school.

So Andy spent the weekend getting to know the Lennox family, decorating her new room, getting a new wardrobe and shopping for school supplies.

During one of her many excursions with the Sarah, she had learned that the woman was a hairdresser in a successful salon in town and that she had an avid love for cooking and baking. Andy quickly to a liking to this woman, and she could see Sarah becoming a mother-figure for her in the future. She was such a kind and caring woman that it was hard to deny that fact.

She had also learned that Will and Ron worked at a very secret military base and that the GMS Topkick was one of the issued vehicles that they used in their line of work. Andy had immediately struck up a conversation about the military with them, asking what boot camp they went to, what their ranks were, etc. Both men were surprised at how much she knew about the workings of the military, especially her extensive knowledge of weapons. She brushed their questions off, saying that she was very seriously considering joining the Navy when she was older and had done her fair share of research.

That was only partially a lie. She did, in fact, do a lot of research into both the Human and Cybertroanian Military when she was sixteen, but she had already been a part of both for six years.

Because Annabelle had been begging her none stop to show her how to do a handspring, Andy caved pretty quickly and started teaching the toddler the basics of gymnastics. For now, she mostly had her do handstands, while she held her legs she that there was no chance of her falling over and hurting herself. She would be mortified if anything happened to such a sweet little sparkling while they were under her watch.

During this time, Annabelle also managed to get both Andy and Ron to watch My Little Pony with her. Ron grumbled in protest, but it is a known fact that no one - I mean NO ONE - can resist the cuteness that is Annabelle's puppy dog eyes. So he begrudgingly settled on the right side of Annabelle, who was sitting between him and Andy on the couch.

Everything was fine. That is until a particular character appeared onscreen. When Twilight called the small green and purple dragon 'Spike' it all went downhill.

Ron stared at the screen, mortified at what the pastel purple horse had just called her dragon companion. He snapped his mouth shut a moment later, got up and left, grumbling about talking to Will about the appropriateness of the show about pastel horses for his child.

Andy would have found great intrest in this, hadn't it been for that fact that she was howling. Her arms wrapped around her abdomen as loud laughter shook her frame. Her eyes were squeezed shut as she fell to the side. To her, there was nothing more hilarious then a pastel purple cartoon horse called her assistant dragon the Cybertronian equivalent of the male reproductive part.
