Meet the proxies

Willow's p.o.v.

I woke up in bed but it was still dark out so I looked at my clock to see it was 11. Sighing I got out of bed with bon bon and went to the kitchen. I had to be quiet since Offender apparently fell asleep on the couch so I crept to the kitchen and opened the cabinet only to find the cups were too high. Sighing, I tried to climb on the counter but failed jumping when a hand was placed on my shoulder.

"What are you doing up so late kid?" 

"Uncle Offender! Sorry I woke you up. I was thirsty so I came to get some water but I can't reach the cups"

"That's alright, here I'll help you" he said and grabbed a cup before filling it with cold water. I smiled as he handed it to me.

"Thank you uncle Offender "

"No problem kid. Do you want me to tuck you back in?" He asked and I shook my head.

"Alright goodnight then"

"Goodnight" I said and hugged him before heading upstairs with my cup. I shut the door and set my cup on my nightstand before climbing back in bed and getting ready to go back to sleep. That is until I heard footsteps outside.

I sat up in bed and listened closely but didn't hear anything else so I was about to forget about it until I heard voices I didn't recognize. Slowly, I got out of bed and crept to the window seeing movement coming from the trees and I caught a glimpse of someone. Curious and sensing slight danger I opened my window and jumped onto the branch of a tree outside my window.

From there I noticed three different people all who were strangers but I only sensed danger from one. As I turned to watch him I realized they saw me.

"Quick get her Toby! Don't let her get away! We have direct orders from the boss to watch her so do not kill her!" One of them shouted. He wore a yellow jacket and a white mask with black feminine features and had short brown hair.

I looked at the so called Toby to see he was in the tree across from me and I noticed the two hatchets on his belt. Sensing danger from him I jumped down and tried to make a run for it when I was tackled by the third person. Like the first he wore a yellow hoodie but had a black mask with red eyes and a frown sewn in it.

"Please calm down we aren't here to hurt you!" 

"Yeah sure I've heard that before!" I spat and twitched trying to hold Scarlett back due to the chance he was telling the truth but failed as she took over.

Scarlett's p.o.v 

I looked at the boy on top of me and grinned at his surprise as I kicked him off.

"I'm not like most girls, surprise!" I said grinning and pulled my knife out before turning and blocking an attack from the Toby kid as he swung an axe at me. Our blades clashed and I pushed him back as the other two pinned me to the ground.

"How is she so strong!? I can barely keep her down and she's injured and has one arm!" The hooded boy said and I groaned. I kicked one of them off while I grabbed the neck of the other and threw him into a tree in time to block an attack from Toby.

I found an opening and quickly grabbed his neck as the other two ran to me. 

"One more step and I break his neck" I threatened and they backed off. I was about to throw him into the two when I heard someone shout behind me and multiple footsteps coming running our way.

"That's enough!" The voice shouted and I turned to see Slender behind me.i dropped Toby and turned to face him as I formed my missing arm from black mist.

"You! You're the one that tried to kill Willow. She was too weak to let me out before but now I get my chance to return the favor!" I spat and was about to attack when black tendrils wrapped around me and pulled me back.

"Scarlett that's enough! What's going on here!?"

"Your proxy nearly killed mine"

"I wouldn't have if they weren't watching me!"

"You sent your proxies to spy on Willow!?"

"Yes since you insist on keeping her I decided to see just what she is capable of and it seems she is only just scratching the surface" Slender confirmed and I growled trying to get to him but Splendy held me back.

"Let me at him! I'll kill him for what he did to Willow!"

"Scarlett that's enough! You need to calm down!"

"No! I'm the only one in this damn place that cares about him trying to kill Willow!" I shouted and froze realizing what I said allowing Willow to come back.

Slender's p.o.v.

I watched as the child in Splendor's tendrils froze and returned to the child I met and she started crying and I could sense her fear but not of any of us.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to cuss daddy it slipped! Please don't hurt me I promise I'll be good!" She shouted and I tilted my head confused on how this child was foaming at the mouth ready to kill me two seconds ago and now crying in Splendor's hold.

"What!? Oh no come here Willow I'm not going to hurt yo I promise. I'm not upset. It's okay just don't do it again okay? Shh, you're alright" Splendor comforted holding Willow close and rubbing her back as she shook.

"Um hate to ruin the moment but will someone please tell us what the hell is going on here!?" Offender shouted and I sighed I explained to them what happened as Splendor calmed Willow down. We all went inside and Willow sat on the floor in front of the fireplace watching the fire as the four of us talked.

"So you're saying in the wrong hands this kid could potentially kill us all? Offender asked and I nodded.

"I'm not sure when she will fully gain her powers but I know when she does she needs to be under out care and guided correctly. That is why I recommend her staying with me until she has complete control over her powers when she gets them."

I watched Willow stare at the fire and went to wrap a tendrils around her wrist to stop her when she reached for the flames until I noticed she was unaffected by it's heat. I watched as my proxies sat around her and decided to introduce them to each other.

"Willow I want you to meet my proxies, Masky, Hoodie, and Ticci Toby. Boys this is my brother's proxy Willow."

"Um boss who did we meet outside if that's Willow?" Masky asked confused.

"That would be her other half Scarlett" I answered and they all nodded. I noticed Willow seemed tired and my brothers were off somewhere else so i picked Willow up to which she shrieked and started shaking scared I was going to harm her. 

"Do not be afraid my child, I mean you no harm" I reassured and she calmed down and let me carry her to bed and I tucked her in before turning to leave. I stopped when I heard her speak.

"Goodnight uncle Slender" she said softly and I froze for a moment before relaxing. She's a part of this family so I better get used to it.

"Goodnight my child" I said and left the room.
