Visiting a friend

Willow's p.o.v.

After our play date with Sally and Laughing Jack, Splendy carried me home seeing I was now sleepy.  I waved good bye to everyone sleepily and held Finny and Bon Bon close to me as Splendy carried me in his arms.

"Did you have fun today Willow?" He asked looking at me and smiling sweetly and I smiled sleepily rubbing my eye as I nodded. 

"Uh huh. This was the best day ever daddy. I don't want it to end" I said making him smile and chuckle a little.

"I'm glad you had fun sweetie. When we get home I'll give you a bath and then you'll go to bed you've had a long and exciting day." He said walking inside the house and my eyes widened at the mention of a bath. Splendy must've noticed because he watched me closely looking for any signs of me getting ready to make a break for it.

"I know what you're thinking Willow..you're not getting out of taking a bath." He said sternly and I couldn't help the big grin on my face as I teleported our of his arms. 

"You'll  never take me alive!" I cried as I ran upstairs hearing Splendy shout after me and start chasing me as I giggled and ran inside my room quickly shutting the door and hiding.

"Willow get back here!" I watched from my hiding spot as the door opened and Splendy came in shutting the door behind him.

"Come on sweetie the sooner you come out the sooner you can get a bath and be done with it." He said looking around the room and I covered my mouth as I giggled quietly. Apparently it was loud enough because Splendy turned in my direction and smiled.

Splendy's p.o.v.

I smiled hearing Willow giggle quietly from inside her closet and shook my head. She does this every time  she needs a bath. I slowly crept closer to her closet and quickly pulled the doors open making her squeal and I quickly scooped her up in my arms and held her close. 

"I gotcha! There's my little butterfly!" I exclaimed tickling her as she giggled and squirmed in my arms. 

"Daddy stop! Haha! That tickles!" She cried while laughing and I smiled as I stopped tickling her letting her catch her breath. I laughed when she grabbed my hat and put it on smiling proud of her actions.

"You're too cute dear" I said holding her close to my chest as I grabbed a change of clothes for her and carried her to the bathroom. She suddenly grabbed onto the doorframe stopping me from bringing her in the bathroom and I shook my head smiling as I shook one of the bells on my tendrils in front of her face catching her attention. She giggled and grabbed onto the bell playing with it as I carried her into the bathroom and shut the door. 

I set Willow down on the sink as I let her play with my tendril and started the water in the tub getting it to the right temperature before letting it fill up and undressing Willow. When I finished I gently placed her in the water and rolled my sleeves up before washing her. When everything was finished I dressed her in a light blue nightgown before carrying her to her room. I gently laid her in bed and pulled the covers over her as she snuggled Finny and Bon Bon close to her.

"Goodnight sweetheart. Sweet dreams"

"Goodnight daddy. I love you"

"I love you too sweetheart " I said smiling as I kissed her forehead and left the room leaving it open just a crack so light could get in.

Willow's p.o.v.

After Splendy left my room I closed my eyes and tried to go to sleep. I woke up later that night needing to use the bathroom and got out of bed.  After finishing my business I went back to my room and climbed into bed but I didn't feel like sleeping. Instead I wanted to play with someone but there was no one around and Splendy was asleep. I sighed thinking for a moment when I remembered what Zalgo had said when he had given me Finny and smiled as I picked him up.

"Zalgo can you come to play please?" I asked looking at Finny but got silence in response making me frown. I set Finny back down on my bed and sighed as I laid back underneath the covers while cuddling Bon Bon and Finny. I closed my eyes and soon fell back asleep for a few minutes until I felt the bed dip and I opened my eyes confused.

I looked to see who was on my bed to see a man sitting there looking at me calmly. He had short black hair, pale skin, and red eyes. He wore a black suit with a red undershirt and a red tie. What made my curious however were the two horns growing out of his head. 

"Hello again child" he greeted smiling at me and I tilted my head confused.

"Who are you?" I asked and he smiled as he picked me up and sat me on his lap.

"It's me Zalgo." He answered and I looked at him surprised and he chuckled at my reaction.

"But you're a human?"

"This is merely a human form child. I thought you would find this form a little more appealing than my true form." he explained and I nodded smiling. 

"Will you play with me please?" I asked and he smiled and nodded making me smile as I slid off the bed and ran to my toys and dug through them until I found my red ball and ran back to Zalgo who had been watching me the whole time and smiling.

"Let's play catch!" I exclaimed and he chuckled at my eagerness and ruffled my hair.

"Alright but we should go outside so we don't wake Splendor" he suggested and I nodded as I took his hand and followed him outside. 

Zalgo's p.o.v.

I watched as the child grew excited when I agreed to play with her and chuckled as she ran over to her toy chest and dug through it pushing aside different stuffed toys and blocks until she found what she was looking for. She ran back to me carrying a small red rubber ball in her hands and stopped beside the bed with a big smile.

"Let's play catch!" She suggested excited and I chuckled as I ruffled her hair gently. It confused me how such a small innocent child could hold such power within her. Knowing Splendorman was still inside and more than likely asleep I didn't want to take the risk of waking him up if we were to play catch with the ball inside.

"Alright but we should go outside so we don't wake Splendor."  I suggested and she eagerly nodded understanding. I stood from the bed and started walking out of the room surprised when Willow suddenly grabbed my hand holding it as she followed me outside. 

Once outside she ran a little ways away from me while holding the ball and stopped when she deemed the distance enough as she turned to me smiling. I watched as she tossed the ball to me and caught it with ease and lightly throwing it back to her. I chuckled when she smiled proud as she caught the ball and this continued for a few minutes before she grew tired.

"Let's go back inside Willow. It's late and you need to sleep" I suggested and she nodded as she yawned and rubbed her eye. Smiling, I picked the tired child up and carried her back inside to her room. After putting her ball away I tucked her back in bed .

"Zalgo?"

"Yes child?" 

"How do you know so much about me?" she asked and I sat on the edge of the bed looking at her.

"Ive been watching you for a long time Willow. Making sure you are safe and happy"  i Explained and she nodded yawning sleepy.

"Thank you Zalgo. You're my best friend." She responded and my eyes widened at that a little before calming down and smiling.

"You're welcome child. Now go to sleep"  I said and was about to get up to leave when she seemed to remember something as she opened the drawer on her nightstand and pulled out a red and black bracelet. I watched as she put it around my wrist and smiled happy.

"I made this for you." She explained as she yawned and curled up falling asleep cuddling her two stuffed rabbits. I looked at the one I gave her and grinned knowing it was my way to watch her and the other through the rabbit's eyes.

"Goodnight child. I'll see you again soon " I said and left
