A/N Hey guys! That's Desiree to the side :3 Enjoy!

It had been 5 days since I went to the mall and I still couldn't get what Lexi said, out of my head. "Why would she say that?" I asked myself before Alyssa rudely interrupted my thoughts. "DESI" She shouted from the bottom of the stairs. "THE DOORS FOR YOU!" I didn't' even hear anyone knock. I quickly ran down stairs to find Lexi standing in the doorway. "Hello Desiree." She said with a smirk on her face, She knew I hated my full name. "Hello Alexandra." The smirk quickly disappeared. I knew that she also hated her full name. "What do you want!?" I asked rudely. "Well that's no way to treat your best-friend." She toke a pause in-between 'best' and 'friend'. It was true though. She was my best friend. "Don't you mean EX-Best friend?" I know that was a harsh thing to say, but still. She shouldn't of done what she did. "Ouch" She said "Well i just stopped by to tell you I forgive you for murdering poor, poor Kylie. So sweet and so Innocent. What a shame." "Well I just stopped by to tell you I forgive you..." I said mockingly. "Humph" "Well I have to go but I talk to you later darling. Ciao" She winked and blew a kiss before leaving. "God! I hate her!" I yelled before storming up the stairs towards my bedroom.
For some reason I decided to turn around. I noticed that there was something shiny laying on the floor next to where Lexi was just moments ago. I quickly ran down the stairs, almost tripping on the way down. As I got closer to the door I saw Lexi standing outside the door like she was waiting for something. I turned back to the shiny object which was now right in-front of my face. I turned back to look out the window, to see nothing outside. "I guess Lexi left". I quietly said to myself before examining the newly found object. It was a key-chain...with a soccer ball on it. It was painted red to resemble blood. "OMG" I said before dropping the little chain. I quickly ran upstairs slamming the door. Not even caring that Alyssa was in the house (She hated it when I slammed the doors). Tears began to slide down my cheeks as I tried to get the image of the key-chain out of my head.
A whole day passed without me speaking to anyone. Suddenly there was a knock on my door. "Come in" I said. Alyssa slowly strode in carrying a plate full of food. "Here" She said while handing me the plate with pizza, salad, and chicken wings on it. "I thought you might be hungry" She was right. I was starving. "Thanks" I said before taking a big bite out of the pizza. "Are you okay?" She asked. I kept on eating my pizza before she told me: "I heard what Alex (aka Lexi) said... What did she mean by 'murdered'?" She asked me. "She thinks I murdered Kylie..." "Well did you?" She asked. "No I yelled almost choking on the pizza. "Well sorry for asking!" She said before storming out of my room.
I stopped eating my pizza and walked down stairs. I was looking for Alyssa when I noticed that the key-chain was gone. "What the-" I said before I heard Alyssa's car start and drive away. It was actually her boyfiend's car. "Well there goes Alyssa" I said before something shiny caught my eye. I walked over to where the key-chain was now sitting. "Why is it doing-" I said before I heard the door slam open. I quickly flipped my head around to see that no one was there. "Must of been the wind" I said before closing the door. I made sure to leave it unlocked, just in case Alyssa forgot her key. Sure enough, there was Alyssa's house key sitting on the island in the kitchen.
We lived with our father but he was rarely home so I ended up raising myself. Our mother died when I was 7. Alyssa toke it very hard. She had always been a mommy's girl and when mom lost her battle to cancer, Alyssa went crazy. She had to spend 3 months in a mental hospital before they finally let her come home. She has never been the same since.
I decided to sit in the living room and watch TV while I waited for Alyssa to return from wherever she was. Pretty little liars was on. It was the 1st time I had ever watched it but I loved it! It was the 1st episode of the 1st season. 'Pretty little liars was about 15 minutes in when Alyssa busted through the door. She looked over at me, shook her head and walked into the kitchen.
I stood up turning off the TV as I made my way to the kitchen. Alyssa was sitting at the Oak dining table that my father had made before mom had passed away. He used to build a lot of stuff before mom passed away. She loved all of his creations. "Alyssa?" I asked. "What!?" She said almost yelling. "I'm sorry." "You better be. You had no right to yell at me like that!" She yelled back at me. I looked away before she finally spoke again. "It's 10pm. Why arn't you in bed?" She asked. "I was waiting for you" I said before looking up at the clock. It really was 10pm. "You should probably go to bed. We have a busy day tomorrow and you should be well rested." I quietly turned around and walked upstairs.
As I lay my head onto my pillow, I quickly drifted off into my own little world.
