So a few months ago (it was either earlier this year, or late last year), my mom cut her finger while pitting an avocado. With a butter knife.

She had to go to the ER because it cut all the way down to the bone, and she needed to get stitches (which she said that she didn't need, but she definetly needed it)
Anyway, this morning (6-15-18), I got up to see my mom holding a bloody napkin in the kitchen.
WoulND'T YOU KNOW IT, SHE PIERCED HER HAND WITH A SHARPER KNIFE TO PIT ANOTHER AVACADO
She says she doesn't need stitches.
And now she is callling my dad and I'm just mentally facepalming. XD
Oh well, she's alright. But I have forbidden her to cut any more avacados.
