" I've been blowing your phone up, you had me worried " Odell rushed over to me as soon as I opened the door "and whose car is that nae " he asked, looking past me

" mine" I responded before jumping on him and giving him a hug. " I missed you baby"

" I missed you too" he chuckled as he gently squeezed me. " and damn you bought a porche. That shit clean"

" Ant got it for me " I said quickly before closing the door and walking to the couch.

" oh.. So you was with him. That's why you was rejecting my calls and ignoring me , right? " he laughed in frustration

" it wasn't even like that Odell. He wanted to show me the new house and stuff. And We went to eat. " I said in my defense

". That doesn't fix the fact that I couldn't even get a response. You make it seem as if I don't mean anything Renae "

" I didn't want to start any problems, so I didn't answer while I was around him. I was going to call you back once I got back. I didn't even think you'd be here. "

" Odell I told you I can't live with you forever. I have aaliyah and I don't want her to grow up with her parents separated. I don't want her to go through what I went through with my parents. "

" stop putting everything on aaliyah all the time. Aaliyah is happy, she's always happy. Both of y'all are in her life. And I'm here too Nae. Stop putting me in the back of everything all the time. "   he said before wiping my face with his hand.
