Ouma is an orphan so he calls Kirumi "mom" because he considers her to be the perfect mother figure for him. He doesn't care she is the same age and not biologically related in any way, he treats her as if she was his actual mom. He sometimes plays hide and seek with Kirumi too (Like in the picture)
Kirumi did have a problem with it but now she just to tolerates it.
