I still went to that smoothie place with Jack to try and lighten up the mood but I could tell Corbyn wasn't having it. He looked like he was about to tell me I couldn't go. And maybe if he had said not to I won't have, but that's not the case. It was nice though, we talk about things we liked and didn't and the band too.
"I don't know. I just don't really feel like I really fit in. But lately I haven't really felt like that. But I don't feel like I fit in either. It's just kinda in between." I told Jack watching myself stir my smoothie around with my straw.
"I feel the same. It still hasn't really sunk in for me yet. I still don't really believe all this is happening. Happening to me."
I nodded looking back up at Jack.
He's so relatable.
"Jack?"
"Yah?"
"This isn't a date, right?"
He shrugged, "It can be what ever you want it to be."
"But what is it to you?"
He hesitated so I quickly said, "Sorry. I didn't mean to get into all that...it's just...I don't understand. Your mean to me sometimes around Corbyn but then your so nice when we are alone. Why?"
"Uh..." He looked really uncomfortable. "I dunno..."
"I think you do."
"It complicated."
"But it doesn't have to be."
"I don't wanna talk about it ok."
"Fine. But know this isn't the last time I'll ask."
After that it was kinda uncomfortable so we walked back to the hotel. The moment we walked into are hotel Corbyn came straight up to us asking what happened.
"Uh nothing happened Corbyn. We just went to get smoothies." I said. I knew he was jealous.
The thing is I don't really know if I like Corbyn. I mean i do it's just I've always kinda felt like since he likes me I should like him back but now that I'm hanging out with Jack more it's kinda like I have to make a choice of who I like better. But I don't think Jack likes me. I don't think so at lest. I mean he kinda did ask me on a date though. But still he's mean to me sometimes so I don't know. He's really confusing.
"Sounds like a date to me." I heard Daniel say from his bed.
"It wasn't a date." Corbyn said glaring at Jack.
"That's not for you to decide Corbyn." Jack said.
"It wasn't a date Jack. We went through that." I told Jack, but I was looking at Corbyn.
"Whatever." He muttered and walked away.
When he left Corbyn came closer to me with a concerned look. "What did happen Jonah? You don't consider that a date right?"
"Nothing happened. We just talked. And no I don't consider it a date. But that doesn't mean I'm not interested."
"You might date that that jerk?!"
"I never said that and he isn't a jerk. Not to me at lest."
"I find that really hard to believe. He didn't hurt you or anything, right?"
"What, no! Do you really doubt your bandmate that much?"
"Ugh, I didn't mean that it's just..."
"Your jealous?"
"NO!" He said quickly.
"I find that hard to believe." I muttered and walked past him, but he turned around and put his hand on my shoulder.
"Wait."
"What?" I Said not looking back.
"I don't really know where you are right now. I don't know if you like Jack, I don't know if you like me, I don't even know if you like anyone. But I know I like you. So maybe we could just go out sometime? Just you and me?"
I turned around and met his eyes.
Oh my lord did he really just ask me out? What do I even say?! I like both of them!
"Yah, that sounds nice."
