"Olivia."
I stirred awake to find myself fully leaning against Harry's chest. I had managed to wrap my arms around his arm.
"Oh." I embarrassingly pulled away. "Sorry I.. sleep in cars." I gave him a sheepish smile.
He gave me one of those cheeky smiles, he looked down at his blazer. "Hm think you drooled too." My face heated up. "Dick move, this is Givenchy." He opened his side of the car door and got out leaving me baffled.
"He's just flirting with you." Liam snapped. "And I'd really like it if he'd stop." With that Liam too got out and helped me.
I gazed at my surroundings, everything was so beautiful. Women were wearing stunning dresses and men were in suits. Only Harry stood out with his floral coloured suit. But he made it work because he looked so damn-
"This is Olivia," Liam led me over to a man. The man with dark eyes smiled at me. "Olivia Castello." Liam repeated.
"Castello," the man took my hand and kissed it. "I didn't realise you had a sister." Liam chuckled.
"Neither did I, but our dear mother kept her hidden." The man laughed along with Liam, "That doesn't matter. She's here now."
"I'm Jason Ambasso." The man introduced himself. I couldn't help but feel like I knew his last name.. from somewhere but I just couldn't place my finger on it.
"The leader of The Seven." My eyes nearly fell out. I had no idea Liam was friends with other powerful gangs. The Circle and The Seven were the most powerful in the entire world. It stunned me that.. they talked.. the public knowledge was that they were enemies.
"Find Harry," Liam whispered into my ear. "Don't leave or else." He squeezes my arm as him and The Seven leader walked off deep in chatter.
I didn't think escaping now would be a good idea. I didn't know how many people knew me here and being in the presence of other powerful people I really didn't want to fall into the wrong hands being a 'Castello'.
I found Harry, he was sitting on a sofa, surrounded by women. As he spotted me walking towards him, he gave me a mischievous smile.
"Ladies leave." His voice changed to a dominant tone, one I hadn't heard before.
"Hello my love Olivia." He grinned patting the spot next to him that was previously occupied by a woman wearing a short red dress.
I listened and sat next to Harry and instantly his arm went around my shoulders as he snuggled his head into my neck.
He whistled to a waiter that was walking past, holding a tray of champagne glasses and took two.
"Don't tell your brother I supplied you with alcohol." He cheekily smiled before taking a sip of his glass
"How did you become my brother's best friend?" I asked taking the glass of champagne was handing me.
"I'm his right hand man." Harry shrugged. "Over years I became his closest guy."
"And you.. you like killing people? You want people to fear you and.. this life people are forced to live. You like it?" I asked.
Harry leaned in close to me, I could smell his minty breath. His eyes looked so vibrantly green. Dancing under the chandelier lights. His lips looked so pink and plump..
"I don't expect you to understand why," he leaned in even closer towards my ear. "But yes love. I like it when people suffer."
When he pulled away to see my expression a laugh grumbled out of him. He poked my side and shook his head. "Lighten up doll."
"My mom.. she's probably so worried about me. I want to go home Harry." I tried not to cry.
Harry nodded his amused face changed into a look of pity. "I know, I know love. She was so worried about you." Harry reached and tucked a stray hair from my face.
"Y-you met her? Is she okay? When did you see her?" I bombarded him with questions and pulled away from his hold.
"I met her when I stuffed her body into a body bag.. or wait was that after I dragged her into the car? I can't remember love." He nonchalantly shrugged and took a gulp from his glass.
He licked his lips and faced me again, "and I didn't ask her how she was but I think she was doing okay. I'm not that good at reading people's facial expressions but–"
Before I could stop myself I slapped him. He was so off guard that he dropped his champagne glass. It broke into a small pieces attracting the looks of people around us.
Harry's blazing eyes met mine when he recovered. I could see he was twitching, trying to control himself not to lash out at me.
"How dare you!" I screamed. Sadness and anger hit me, like the waves hitting rocks on a stormy night. "How can you! You! you're a monster! All of this! This is–" I screamed. I couldn't help it.
They had killed my mother. My innocent mother who was protecting me and they had killed her and he had the nerve to make jokes about it!
Harry grabbed my hand and pulled it up. And dragged me away from everything, I tried to protest but his hand tightened which made me whimper. Fear took over my body. I could tell Harry was an actual psychopath. He actually genuinely laughed at cruel jokes and he didn't care.
He pulled me into the women's bathroom. There were a few girls inside giggling and when they saw Harry their expressions changed into a look of fear. And they quickly brushed past us and exited.
I stood behind Harry and watched as he calmly walked towards the sofa in the fancy bathroom and sat. He pulled his leg over his other and spread his arms resting them on the top of the sofa.
His eyes watched me, they were still blazing. But his calm and collected demeanour scared me to shit.
