Keri made it her new goal to get Cam to hook up with her. Not because she liked him, she never liked anoyone, but because he was so hard to get, which meant he was a challenge.

She liked a good challenge.

That meant, it was going to take a lot of flirting and a lot of revealing clothes, which wouldn't be hard considering that she could walk around in her bathing suit all of the time.

Although it worked on other boys, it was going to be a lot harder with Cam. Especially since he was so difficult all of the time.

When she had texted Rebecca about her plan, Rebecca thought it was genius. Cam would be ranked number one on their scoreboard of broken hearts. It was going to be a mark in history.

"Why don't you think I'm pretty?" Keri pouted, grabbing onto Cam's arm. Her thumb gently slid in small circles for a moment. They stopped walking as Cam laughed underneath his breath.

"I didn't say that."

"Uh-huh. 'Yeah, I guess' basically means 'I'm only agreeing to shut you up.'"

"That's not true," Cam continued to laugh. Her hand moved to his and she couldn't help the fluttering feeling in her stomach when their fingers touched.

"Come on, be one hundred percent honest. What do you think of me?"

He stared at her for a moment with a small smile on his face as they continued to hold hands.

"I think that you're fake and that you don't know who you are yet. I think the way you treat people is horrible. I also think that you use your looks to get whatever you want. But, underneath all of that, I think deep down, you're a good person. So, sure, you're pretty, but you're not beautiful. If you want me to play your game, I will. But remember, you're not the only one who knows how to play."

Keri gaped at him, with her eyes wide and mouth open. No one had ever spoken to her like that. Not even him. Her heart slowed down and she was at a loss for words.

He still held that small smile on his lips while he watched her reaction.

She closed her mouth and stood up straighter, regaining her composure.

"Fine. But remember: it's my game and I can change the rules whenever I want," she smiled, then continued to lead him back to walking.

Later that evening, both families sat at dinner together again. This time it was a new restaurant, somewhere more casual.

Keri made it a point to sit right next to Cam. She kept "accidentally" brushing her leg up against his and when she talked, she would lean her body closer to him. She was glad she wore her favorite body con dress, which hugged all of the right places.

"So, how was lunch?" Mr. Walker asked. He scooped a spoonful of rice into his mouth.

"Oh, it was great!" Keri snuck a glance over to Cam. He was munching on his food. She touched her leg with his, keeping it there. He looked over to her and watched her while she spoke. "The food was divine," she flashed a large and award winning grin.

"Well, that's good," Mrs. Walker chimed in with a smile.

"Actually," Keri started. "Cam and I were going to go to the beach after dinner."

Cam stared at her questioningly until he figured out what she was doing.

"That sounds fantastic," Mrs. Hastings said. Keri was still determined to get what she wanted, but after what Cam said earlier, she realized it was going to be even harder than she thought.

"Just the two of you?" Mason asked.

"You can come if you'd like," Cam smiled.

"No, it's fine. I'm tired anyways," a small smirk appeared on his face. He raised an eyebrow at his older brother, wondering what his intentions were with Keri.

Cam shook his head and rolled his eyes at Mason's expression. It was so not what Mason was thinking.

Keri placed her hand on Cam's upper thigh, making his head snap towards her direction. She gave a sweet smile and lightly batted her eyelashes. You know, the typical Keri move.

"You okay?" She asked innocently. She acted as if she had no idea what she was doing.

"Never better."
