Nigel After Crystal and I talked she fell back asleep. I went downstairs in her living room and went on my phone. It was only 8:13am. I decided to take a quick shower and ate some cereal. This wasn't my first time spending the night so I had some sweats and a T-shirt to throw on.
I decided to text my boy Trey to see if he wanted to link.

I put my phone in my pocket and went back upstairs to check on Crystal. When I went in her room she was cuddled under her covers and still in the spot I left her in.
She was so cute while she was sleeping. I meant everything I said to her earlier. She really is the love of my life but I know I'm gonna have to move on cause she still in love with that no good ass nigga Carter. I still can't believe he did her so much dirt. I hope She decides to leave the house today cause she doesn't need to be sitting in her bed all day depressed.
She sat up and stared at me a bit before saying something. "You can not just be standing in a girls doorway staring at her while she sleeps. I forgot you were here for like two seconds." She wipes her eyes and got out of bed. "My bad Crys. But I was think me,you, Trey, and Steph should all go to the park. It's gonna be hella nice out and me and Trey need to have a one on one." She shook her head and sat back down on her bed. "Nah I'm going to the the doctors today. I can't just go to the park like nothing happened last night." "Okay first you gotta make an appointment before you can actually go and two. I told you before there's no way in hell you have it. You would've felt some symptoms or something." "Aii I'll make my appointment but I'm not going to the park." "So you just gonna stay up here feeling miserable? When you could be with your friends?" She nodded her head yes. I went in her closet and pulled out a tight fitting light pink crop top and some ripped shorts. I threw them on her bed. "Aii I picked out an outfit so can you get dressed so we can go?" She looked at me and began to smile. "Get out so I can get dressed." I went back downstairs and after what felt like hours she finally came downstairs. She had pinned her hair up and had on pink lipgloss with gold hops. She had put her nose ring in and was proudly showing off her belly piercing. "Damn you look good. Thanks to me for picking out your outfit." "Oh whatever. I wanna go out to eat before we go to the park." "Where you wanna go?" "Waffle House." "Aii come on." She grabbed her brown purse and we hopped in my car. "Damn girl you smell good." She began to smile and giggle. "Thank you. Gotta smell good when leaving the house." We pulled up to Waffle House. We got a seat and placed our order. "I'm telling you right now I'm paying for myself. " "Damn why you gotta be so independent?" "Cause I like it." She began to sip her tea and went on her phone. I got a notification that she posted a picture on Facebook.

"I see you with the indirects." "Of course. I'm too petty to let this picture go to waste. " She shrugged her shoulders and our food came. After eating and of course paying for our meals separate. We decided to finally go to the park. It was 12:00pm by the time we got there and I knew Trey and Steph would be here soon. Crystal and I sat a bench while we waited. "You telling Stephanie about last night?" "Yea I know she gonna be extra but she does it from the kindness in her heart so I'm not gonna get mad when she start talking her shit." "Speaking of the devil." I said looking over Crystal shoulder. Stephanie and Trey were walking towards us looking happier than ever. Stephanie ran towards Crystal and jumped on her.
"Girl I haven't seen you in two days I've missed your sexy ass so much mami." Trey and I laughed and went over to the court. "So Nigel you telling me you spent the night at her house for like the the hundredth time and still ain't smash?" "Bro I told you we just friends so no. I'm not smashing." I threw the ball in the basket and made a three pointer. "Damn that's crazy. Stephanie and I can't be in the same bed for longer than thirty seconds before trying to do something." "Cause ya some horny ass people." "Wait a minute. Nigel you've never talked about hooking up with a girl. You a virgin?"
I ignored the question and stole the ball from him. Luckily me taking the ball distracted him from his question.
Crystal After jumping on me Stephanie finally got off and sat next to me. "So girl I know Nigel spent the night at your house yesterday." She had a grin on her face. "Nah it's not like that. I asked him to come over cause Carter wanted to talk. But then other things happened and he ended up spending the night." "What happened?" I looked at her and took a deep breath. "Well Carter basically told me he had a baby behind my back and he might've given me HIV." Stephanie stared at me for a moment and then looked away. She cracked her knuckles and took a deep breath. "Okay So is he still alive? Like did Nigel kill him? Cause he doesn't deserve to breathe whether he got a baby or not." "No I blacked out so Nigel had to be the calm one. I almost choked the shit out of him. But Nigel heard me yelling and pulled me off of him." "Mhm. Did you make an appointment?" "Yea I go next Thursday. Nigel said he would take me." "Girl I am so sorry this happened. You're such an amazing person cause if it was up to me he'd be dead." She gave me hug. "Anyways what's up with you and Trey?" She began to smile and bit her lip. "That's my papi. I mean we're talking. I mean I guess you could say we're together. But I don't know. We usually just hook up but lately we've been talking a lot too. Like I love his personality and his goals in life. I could see myself being with him in the future." I looked over at Stephanie while she was gushing over Trey. I never thought my best friend would stop acting like a hoe and fall in love. "Girl you in love with him." I said chuckling a bit. "What? I don't think so? Maybe? Yea I am." She began smiling real hard while looking over at him in the court. He caught her staring and winked at her and continued playing his game. Seeing my best friend happy and in love was the best feeling ever. I honestly think she could have met the love of her life at the tender age of 17. "Anyways girl your birthday is coming up." She said while turning her attention towards me. "I'm not doing nothing. I don't wanna do nothing." "Come on! You're turning eight fucking teen! You're doing something whether you want to or not. And you know we have to have a joint party. It's our tradition!" Stephanie's birthday was three days after mine. So she was also turning 18. And she was always into partying. "Aii. But I don't wanna do anything that's gonna cause drama. Or get me arrested." We pinky promised each other and after what felt like hours, the boys were ready to go. Steph and I made plans to link up after school tomorrow and I gave her and Trey a hug goodbye. Nigel and I got in his car and I checked the time. It was 5:03.
"So you want me to take you home?" "You not coming back to my place?" "Nah I gotta go check on my moms and sister. Gotta make sure she didn't dip on us yet." "Did you decide whether or not you going with your mom?" "Yea I'm gonna stay. But I know she not gonna take that too well." We sat silence as he drove me home. When I pulled up to my house. I gave him a kiss on the cheek and went in. I threw on sweats and curled into to bed to take a nap.
A/N I'm gonna end this chapter here cause I feel like I've been stuck on it for a minute. I know the introduction page with the characters says that Stephanie is 16 but I decided that's too young for the way my story is about to go so I'm gonna go edit that right now😊
