Rolling over I took out my phone and checked the time. It was only 3:30am. I don't know why I was up in the middle of the night. I got out of bed and went to the bathroom. I went in my grandmothers room just to make sure she was in her room. After checking her room I went downstairs and made a bowl of cereal.

I sat at the table and began to scroll down Facebook. I saw Carter posted a picture of us together with a caption

'This girl right here man🤤 she's the love of my life. I did her dirty and betrayed her trust😔 I know that she's done with me and is never gonna take me back but I want her to know this. I pray you find someone that loves and appreciates you the way I never did. Don't ever give up on your dreams in life. You're so beautiful inside and out. Remember that baby girl❤️" - with Crystal Shining

I hearted the picture and kept it moving. I know his game and this is the second step. First he tries talk to me. If I don't listen he runs to social media. I usually comment saying how much I love him and believe he'll change. And then 5 months later we're back at where we are now. I finished my cereal and put my bowl in the sink. As I was walking upstairs, my grandmother left her room and stood on the top step. She stared at me and shook her head.

"Just like your mother."
I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms
"What's that supposed to mean Linda?"
"Little girl you gonna stop disrespecting me in my own damn house. I mean what I say. You're just like your damn mother. Sneaking in and out of the house all hours of the night. Don't come to me pregnant either cause I'll get rid of you and that baby faster than a bad habit."
" I didn't even sneak out of the house. I just came downstairs to eat something. You always think I'm out popping my coochie!"

"Don't be raising your voice at me little girl. I'll smack the black off your black ass!"
She walked away and went back in her room. I finished walking up the stairs and went into my room closing the door behind me. After scrolling on my phone for a little longer I fell back asleep.
Next time I woke up it was 6:45am so I decided to stay up to get ready for school.

I went to take a nice hot 30 minute shower. I usually do this when Linda and I get an argument just so she can be annoyed and wouldn't be able to take a shower before work. I haven't called Linda grandma in about 4 years. The way she treats me is no way a grandmother should treat their grandchild.
After getting out of the shower I sat on my bed in my towel for about 10 minutes. I finally got up and decided to put on my olive green wind breaker with my dark ripped jeans, and black Jordan's.

I decided to straighten my hair and put on my eyeliner and lipgloss. I went downstairs to sit on my couch until it was time to leave. I looked at the time and it was 8:05 I didn't have to leave for another 20 minutes. I didn't feel like taking the bus because I knew Stephanie wasn't going to school today so I texted Nigel asking for a ride
