As we walk through the metal doorway, we enter an extremely long hallway. Along each of the walls is a series of doors that follow the walls for however long they go.

We walk a few yards and come across another group of people. One of them is a boy who looks a little older than me being carried on a stretcher by two doctors. He has no hair and is in a dark brown uniform. I couldn't get a good look at his body because it was too high but I could get a good glimpse at the doctors. Or at least one.

The one I could see was holding the back side of the stretcher with the boys feet. I stop and turn to get a good look at him but get pulled away from the man who I first met. I swing my head around and make eye contact with a man who looks surprisingly similar to my father.

"Don't stair." The man says in a firm tone. I whip back to the front and continue to walk.

The man takes me further down the hall and stops in front of a door.

L-p.X-36: I silently read in my head. Whatever that means.

"Okay so this is where we stop. So I'm going to bring you in and we're going to wait for a doctor to do some check ups on you. Okay." The man says opening the door.

I follow him in and sit in the bed he motions to. He takes a seat in front of a computer and starts typing away. As for what the room is like, it looks to be just a pretty standard room you'd find in a doctors office. Nothing looks too out of the ordinary; despite the video camera and large grey and black machine in the corner. And the grey door. And the mirror. Okay, so it's not like an every day doctors office.

I look back over at the man and watch him as he stands up and starts digging through one of the cabinets next to me. He pulls out a flat bag with blue and white contents inside of it. "Okay so I'm going to have you change into these, the doctor will be here soon." He hands me the bag and starts to walk away.

"Wait. Are you leaving?" God I'm an idiot. Why the heck did I even say that, of corse he's leaving. I think I might actually sound...pathetic. Who am I, I can take care of myself.

"Yes, but I'll be back after the doctors done with you." He calmly says. I nod and start to open the bag he'd given to me.

I look back up and watch the door close with a beep and just start to think a few things over. Like why would they take me to a doctors office without my parents. And how comes I haven't seen anyone yet. And why is everything white. Probably not the best questions I could be asking myself right now, but who cares. I'm only seven, what do I know. If my parents brought me here and I guess maybe know what going on, then I'm okay with it. I trust them, so I guess I trust these people.

Besides, this is just a doctors office visit. Theirs been plenty of times where I've had to go somewhere that my parents didn't go. Like that time I went with the nurse to go and meet my parents in the x-ray room. Oh, and that other time when the doctors were wheeling me into the surgery room, but my parents weren't their. Oh and also that time when I had to go into one of those scanners but mom and Dad weren't allowed to come into the room.

Their were plenty of times like those and I was fine. I'd have to admit I was pretty scared the first few times, but I got used to it. This is just like every other time. I'd see my parents soon.

*okay so this is kind of a short one-I think I like how this is going so far, after maybe the next one things are going to pick up and start flowing easier. Also sorry if it's not edited, I don't think I'll be editing for a while, I will go back and edit a few things though*
