Chapter 10: Manners

You and Bakugou sat at the table waiting for lunch. Ever since he saved you from the wolves, the both of you argued less. Both of you still had your moments but it wasn't as much.

Speaking of manners, Bakugou sure did have bad manners, especially at the table.

"Lunch is served". Iida bowed, stretching his arms out. The carts came through with different dishes. The plates hopped in front of you and inside they had soup. You picked up your spoon and scooped it up.

You closed your eyes, savoring each bite. You closed your eyes, which sent you to food heaven. The castle food was amazing, you dare say even better than Kazuo's cooking. Upon opening them, your face went blank when you saw how Bakugou ate.

He was slurping it, practically had the soup dripping from his face. He noticed that you were looking at him and he stopped.

He furrowed his eyebrows, looking at you dumbfounded. "What?". He said, not knowing if he did something wrong.

You sweatdropped. "N-Nothing". You continued eating. The sounds of him devouring his food made you slightly uncomfortable and disgusted. However, this wasn't the first time he did this. It was basically every day and no matter how long you sat with him at breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you still couldn't get used to his repulsive behavior.

After he was done eating, he burped. And it was a loud one too. Your face showed even more repulsed.

You were the only one who didn't your soup. You stood from the table and walked away

"Y/N where are you going?". He asked.

You responded with a smile. The smile was fake, but no one seemed to notice. "Oh, I have to clean my room". Before he could say anything, you left the room

Iida looked down at your food. You still had a lot of food left over. "She didn't even finish her soup"

Bakugou opens the door that led to the living room. You just so happened to want to go to that room too. As you were close to the door. He closes it in your face too.

Luckily it didn't hit your face but still.

"How rude". You put your hands on your hips. Has he ever heard of keeping the door open for others? Apparently not.

You sighed and just opened the door yourself. While you didn't have any problem with opening the door yourself, you still thought it was rude that he didn't hold the door.

"Hm?". Bakugou turned around to see you. "Oh, it's you". He said nonchalantly. You smiled and went to go pick up the book that you left in here earlier

"Why don't you stay in here?". He asked.

You shook your head softly and headed towards the door. "Thanks but, I think I'll go read in my room". You exited the door.

Once again, Bakugou noticed your strange behavior. "Weirdass". He snorted

"He seriously has bad manners". You explained to Kirishima.

"Well, he never really had someone else live with him at the castle beside us. But he's so used to us that he never figured that we cared about his manners". He explained. "If anything, we tried to help him with that but he just doesn't listen"
