Chapter 17: Captured

"I see you came here in need of some type of torture or asylum business". The Executioner said. "But I'll need some money in order to-". Monoma threw a bag of coins towards the man. The man checked the bag to make sure that there were actually coins in there. He pulled one out, examining the piece before clutching it in his hand. "Alright. I'm listening"

Monoma cleared his throat. "See. I have my sights on marry Y/N, however, it appears as though she'll need some persuasion"

"And what do you suggest we do about it?"

Monoma evilly smirks" See. Here's the thing. We need to make a...sacrifice and I'm thinking we use her little brother"

"Her Little brother eh...". He tossed the coin up and down. "And what does he have anything to do with your problem"

"You see Y/N loves her little brother dearly. It would be a shame if something bad were to happen to her". Monoma chuckled. The executioner caught the coin in his hand, giving Monoma and Mineta a stern look

"Look I'm sorry if Y/N doesn't love you back-"

"Correction She does.". Monoma said proudly, interrupting the man's sentence. The executioner clicked his tongue

"Right... anyway as I was saying, I can't just kill a boy. I mean I can but I need some reason to-"

"You wouldn't believe it but this boy has one of those things- A-A quirk and he just-". Mineta flinched from the man slamming his hands on the table while Monoma just looked plainly at him. "A Quirk?!". He blinked as he noticed that he was in their faces. He coughed and sat back down.

"You don't say. And how do I know you're telling the truth? For all, I know you're probably just pinning such a preposterous lie on a brat. So how do I know if you're telling me the truth-"

"Because that little brat gave me a burn mark". Monoma pulled his sleeves down, revealing a burn mark. The executioner was stunned. He didn't expect something like this to be passing in town all this time. He made sure that all the quirk users were killed. Guess he missed some.

"Alright. You got my attention. So what do you want me to do?". He rested his feet on the table with his arms crossed. His eyes remained blank, waiting for Monoma to answer.

"What do you think? We threaten to kill him in order to get Y/N to marry me. We wait for Y/N's return and then we barged into their house, get the kid, then execute him. We'll use one of those things- a guillotine or maybe perhaps you can do it yourself with your ax". Monoma suggested.

"Off with his head". Mineta yelled. Monoma smacked his head, sending him an annoyed glare.

"And what if she says no"

"She won't if it's a family member getting threatened. But IF she refuses, well then blood will be shredded"

The executioner shook his head. "How despicable. Using a child as a way to get to someone". He faintly chuckled, gripping the coin in his hands tightly. "It's so bad that I love it". He laughed. "I'm in"

Monoma and Mineta walked up to your house. They hid behind the bushes and peered over them to see. As Mineta was about to head towards the house, Monoma halted him from continuing to move

"Wait!". He harshly whispered pulling back Mineta. "I was also thinking that we take her older brother too"

"What? Why?"

"Just to add more drama into the family. He could have a quirk too. We have to take him just to be on the safe side". Monoma explained. " I need you to stay in here"
