Pt.2
"WHAT?" Betty screams. Her mother and her exchange a few more words and she hangs up.

"What's wrong? Should we go in the closet?" Jughead asks.

"I uh, I gotta go, you guys s-stay here and keep looking, my moms wants me home,"

Betty says as she stumbles out of the office.
Jughead and Veronica exchange glances.

"You can walk her," Veronica says.

Jughead refuses, "she said stay here."

"I can look alone for a little while, you should go," said Veronica.

"He's my best friend too."

"What?"

"Archie, I want him out as much as you."

"Okay then let's go," Veronica says smiling to herself.

Meanwhile...
Betty walks alone in the dark and once she's home she notices all the lights are out. Once inside, she sees her mom in the corner of the room with a single candle illuminating her face.

"Betty, lock the door,"

"Yeah mom, I thought of that, there's a killer on the loose."

"He stopped by here, h-he was here Betty,"

"Did he say anything?"

"No I saw him out the window, he didn't see me."

"Why haven't they sent out an alert? There's a killer on the streets."

"I-I don't know," Betty's mom says, "let's get out of here.."

"Where will we even go? I can't leave my friends, or jughead,"

"Or FP," Alice adds absent minded-ly, "You're right I'm calling the cops."

"Mom, I'll call them, you should eat something."

At the Lodge house....
As they walked in, right off the bat they noticed a wall full of guns.

"We may not find the file in here but we may find something better," Veronica says.

"What?"

"The gun Cassidy was shot with!"

Jughead chuckled sarcastically, "easier said than done."

"Why are you so negative?"

"Don't worry about it."

"Seriously jughead? You know what, let's find the file."

Jughead grabs Veronica's arm, "Call sheriff Keller, he will know more about guns and bullets than we do."

At the Coopers place....
After a shocking phone call Betty goes to the kitchen.

"Mom, dads still in his cell."

"I-it can't be! I saw him."

"You're hallucinating, you need to take Polly up on her offer and go to the farm, this town is messing with your head."

"I know what I saw Elizabeth."

"I'm calling Polly," Betty walked away from her mom and called her sister.
